I had not see both birth certificates to notice the dates. However, I do know that Mexicans come to Texas to have their babies for free and get free baby supplies (including car seats) and to anchor their US citizenship. Then go back to Mexico and pay a doctor to write a Mexico certificate of birth. Therefore, I can see how Barrack has more than one birth certificate and also how one is fake. The question is, which one is fake? You would think that all his verbal and written statement about being born in Kenya would be enough. Especially when you add testimonies from people in Kenya.

@Monkey Bunny. Yes, it is remarkable that the time is the same on both certificates. Almost certainly one certificate’s time was copied from the other. Which one was made public first? It was the June 2008 Hawaiian COLB, from which we may conclude that the Kenyan certificates are fakes, with the time copied from the real Hawaiian one.
Using the time from the original is one of many blunders on the fake Kenyan birth certificates. The wrong hospital administrator’s name and the wrong date format are other glaring mistakes.

There’s definitely a page or perhaps two missing – the filing you have posted is only two pages long and it cuts off in the middle of a sentence at the end of page one.
