   This should be a no brainer for the Defendants in this case. See easily producible papers showing the candidate is eligible according to the constitution, or face possible charges of treason for aiding in the usurption of the US presidency with forged documents. Risk versus reward- you have to go with seeing the original documents.

   Scenarios-
   1, The Judge doesn’t hear the case – The judge looks bad.
   2, The Judge hears the case and the original documents are perfect – Dr. Taitz looks bad.
   3, The Judge hears the case and the originals are absent or forged – Barry, all judges, most congressmen, most senators, most media and all attorney generals look bad.

   Let us hope Lady justice has her blindfold on, and all thumbs are kept off the scales.

   Mrs. Taitz, the senator’s letter refers ONLY to experts having authenticated the short-form BC released in 2008. That is correct. Anyone can find the report by Fact Check, a non-partisan group that had the actual Certifed. copy.

    the short form is a forgery too. Obama claims he got it in 2008, but the date that bleeds from the back of the document shows 2007. also, there is no receipt of Obama ordering this document, it is even a more flagrant forgery

    Former Hawaii governor Linda Lingle originally from California orchestrated the Obama nativity in Hawaii including ordering the Department of Health to make a statment on the eve of the 2008 election that Obama was born here without producing a stitch of evidence.

    Their birth index listing names of people with birth certificates had Barack Obama on it but that index was in a public area and probably was altered.
    Lingle probably was positioned in Hawaii to do the dirty work as she had a campaign funding of four million versus $425,000 for the opponent.

    You say that the Short-Form BC is a forgery.

    Fact Check, a non-partisan organization is the EXPERT the Senator is referring to. They had the Certified copy itself to review. Fact Check authenticated the short-form. Since they are non-partisan, and you admittedly are not, why should they not be believed? (And remember they had the actual had the Certified copy, not an online copy.)

    And that is the only thing the senator is referring to, if you read her letter. So you needn’t ask her to testify to something that is readily available. She, too, merely accessed the same report. She doesn’t say that she, herself, has unique information. In fact, everyone who says the short-form is authentic has depended on Fact Check. They are the experts, and non-partisan at that. Hard to challenge that fact. So it’s real.

    Why are you subpoenaing the Senator to testify to hearsay? It would not be admissible. Since you have to pay the costs for her compliance with the subpoena it seems like a waste of money.

    They say that they are non-partisan and Annenberg was a huge Republican, donating millions to the party and being a chum to every GOP Pres. from Eisenhower on. What would the incentive to lie be?

    I do hope that all these government employees that have been obstructing this investigation, be placed on a list of co-conspirators, so that once the usurper is in jail, and a respected Attorney General is taken the place of Eric Holder, these individuals are also prosecuted.

    Lets get one thing straight,there is no one leaving without force, he has proven over and over that he thinks he is above the law. Who do u think is going to arrest him? It surely isn’t going to be anyone who has the authority to do it, he appointed that person. I can see it all now in the headlines. 1 million + angry mob storms through cops into the white house, national guard called in but there part of the angry mob. Get your gear ready!
