    Senator Mikulski is a defendant in Grinols et al v Electoral College et al 12-cv-02997

    On 01.03.2013 a Temporary Restraining order (TRO) hearing was held before the Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California Honorable Judge England. Plaintiffs: Presidential Candidates and Presidential Electors were seeking a temporary restraining order seeking a temporary stay/injunction of certification of electoral votes for Candidate for the U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama in light of the complaint and over 100 pages of evidence (sworn affidavits of top law enforcement officials and experts) showing Obama using forged IDs: forged birth certificate, forged Selective service Certificate and a fraudulently obtained Social Security number, which was never assigned to Obama, as well as evidence of Obama using a last name, that is not legally his.      Assistant US Attorney Ed Olsen claimed to represent members of Congress, which includes Senator Mikulski and moved United States District Court to deny the TRO.

    TRO was denied and a motion for reconsideration was filed.

    Upon denial of TRO Orly Taitz, Attorney for Plaintiffs,  filed a petition with the US Congress to immediately investigate Obama for his use of forged IDs and a Connecticut Social Security number  which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS and use of last name, which is not legally his. Multiple U.S. citizens signed this petition and Senator Mikulski received over 20,000 letters and e-mails from the U.S. citizens demanding investigation of Obama. Among those, who signed the petition was a constituent  Joe Armour. Senator Mikulski sent a response Exhibit 2, where she stated “he (Obama) released a copy of his birth certificate and it has been authenticated by experts.”

    In this subpoena Plaintiffs are seeking a certified copy of the alleged expert authentication   that Senator Mikulski claimed to have received.

    Additionally, plaintiffs were alerted by other defendants that the Justice Department (U.S. Attorney’s office) never put them on notice in regards to the complaint  and the TRO motion in this case and that the opposition filed by the US Attorney’s office on their behalf was never authorized by them and was to the contrary to what they wanted to do.

    As Such, Plaintiffs are requesting Defendant Barbara Mikulski to fill out an Urgent Demand for Verification Exhibit 3 and sign it to show, whether the U.S. Attorney’s office advised her of the evidence of forgery and fraud in Obama’s IDs and whether in spite of such evidence she indeed instructed them to oppose the motion for the TRO.

    the birth certificate is a issue.. but from what I understand so is the stolen social security number… yes?

    As the media has labeled “birhters” as nutjobs and not only have people have become bored with that issue but I would reckon not many know what the term “natural born” actually means within the context of the constitution.

    I suggest changing the narrative to obama is guilty of ” Identity Theft ”

    the term “identity theft” is new and most importantly it is something most Americans can grasp without explanation/dis-information from the talking heads on TV… lets face it.. we all understand what identity theft is… but how many actually know what is considered natural born or not?

    take a page from their playbook of rules for radicals… change the narrative to something simple that every American understands…

    I would be running scared like our Rico criminal infiltrated blatantly treasonous congress that’s now pretending not to know the truth about obama the usurper, Indonesian citizen, illegal alien, fraud, child drone mass murderer, one world government, foreign british subject. They were all sent by certified mail that obama was an illegal alien with all the trimmings of evidence. Also our congress has sent by certified mail that 9/11 was an inside job false flag in 2005. Their all complicit accomplices to the new world order takeover and north American union, no more American apple pie land of the free home of brave they were going to cross the line and take the American people’s guns the very guns needed to defend against their conquering tyranny. violating the second amendment woke almost everybody up, I mean everyone is talking about obama the fascist king conquering infiltrator for the china elite communist complete takeover of American. They have a real problem now with confiscating arms and those arms will most likely be used to arrest all these blatant in our face treasonous traitors.

    Typical response, it seems everyone in Washington have copied the same response to give to their constituents. They all respond in the same condescending manner like if we are all stupid and suppose to drink the cool aid without any questions. My two senators from Georgia answer basically in the same way.

    I live in Idaho and I wrote my drunk, Mormon Senator MIKE CARP-o. He’s the celebrated newest member of the DC DUI club. Mike’s boilerplate response didn’t address any of my questions on the stolen SSN or the Selective Service forms.
    Obama punked America. Ahh-ya we got punked! Waiting for Aston Kutcher to jump out at any time now. Well, I guess some people do have a price for their soul. I have feeling they will destroy everything.

    However “not telling” if we don’t deal with the natural born citizen issue, obama’s presidency will remain “legit” (besides the forgery), setting a precedent that “anyone” being born here, including anchor babies, are allowed to be President and that is not the founder’s intent!

    My parents lived in a communist regime, we have relatives who were disidents and who were sent to GULAG, my parents are extremely proud of the work I do, even tough they are worried about retaliations from corrupt judges and hired guns

    Do NOT believe Ms. Mikulski on anything. She
    lied about her fight with her 1980 lesbian
    lover, and both called the police on each other.
    She is a disgrace to all, and she now tries
    to disgrace Linda Lingle with lies and untrue
    allegations. Total liar!!! Do not believe
    Barbara Mikulski. Never. IMO.
