Flashback! A year ago Judge Malihi denied a motion to quash my subpoenas by Obama and Obama was under a court order to appear and provide all of his IDs. He showed contempt to the court order and got only a slap on the wrist. Let’s hope that Judge England will do more than a slap on the wrist, if Obama does not provide his IDs pursuant to similar subpoena in Grinols case

    Let’s do hope that Judge England does more than a slap on the wrist in this case.

    Of course, the reason the judge in Georgia didn’t quash the subpoenas you served was because Obama’s attorney did not cite any law or authority to do so. Still, since you don’t have the right to see the documents, I doubt that they will be produced. Also, I doubt that the attorneys will quash the subpoena since they once again violate the rules.

    More lies from the liar.

    Obama was never ordered to appear in GA. In addition, even if your subpoena had been valid, which it was not (just like all your others, including the recent ones), Judge Malihi did not have the authority to enforce it.

    That right there tells you the man is hiding something. If not, just show proof of your ID’s and be done with it. It’s amazing that the media won’t mention a bit of this stuff.
