   1)Doc Orly,
   Glad to see you had the response you did. Perhaps we should enter a resignation petition into Whitehouse.gov to request that Obama resign? I have a feeling that both will have about the same impact, though.
   2) HOREDOG, I don’t think it is really a good idea to be calling Obama names. It looks like the liberal way to do things – call the opponent names and hope that the people pick it up and carry it. The fact is that Barack Hussein Obama is not an idiot, and he has cajones like few others. Even taking this case to court, there will be twists and turns every step of the way. His team has rehearsed arguments for this case for at least four years. We saw what four months of prep did for Hillary yesterday. She walked all over congress and I don’t know if they even realized it. They were too busy pontificating to even notice the opportunities she left open for them. Four years of prep with a seasoned legal team, and his still active campaign team handling PR for him, will be far more difficult to overcome.
   3) Veritas, I know you’ve quoted others for most of your post, but the fact is that there are so many constitutional issues when it comes to Obama that we really need to pause and consider what the options are. Impeachment is out of the question unless there is a major public outcry for it. The Senate won’t even seriously entertain it, and Boehner is one of the renegades who railed on Newt for the Clinton impeachment. Pushing it will destroy all the opposition to Obama that there is because the press will call it a racist stunt. I believe that the good Doc is handling things the right way. If she can get arguments in front of SCotUS, and they actually consider them, it will be the best chance to remove him from office. But it isn’t clear to me if they can declare him an illegal candidate and that will be enough, or if they would simply recommend that the case be turned into Articles of Impeachment, voted on the House to see if the articles should be brought to the Senate and then prosecuted in the Senate. The major problem there is that if they do prosecute in the Senate, I’m afraid that Boehner would be the prosecutor, and I’d find it pretty unusual to have Harry the Body’s gang respond honestly and completely to the charges.

    I have been tweeting the petition link to teaparty’s and other groups, and conservatives, and people who just don’t like Obama. Anybody I run across!! We are now up to 15,302. I am asking them to get us to 20,000 by the end of tomorrow. The Willie Lawson Show Daily picked up my tweet and put it in his online newspaper. http://paper.li/rbmshow We need to get the petition link to as many people possible, using whatever means we can think of!!

    Last nite on twitter, I reported the status of your petition and passed around more copies. Within seconds I was verbally assaulted by an Obama fan (@KateCNP)who placed a false claim against me and had my twitter account suspended. I had to click a button in admission of “my guilt” for them to turn my account back on. I in no way said anything distasteful to this person. Her claim was false but I was suspended (without question) in seconds. She insisted that Orly has no signatures on her PETITION and that Orly Taitz is a “F’in LIAR”….her words…So the Petition must be hitting home….Good job Orly!!! I shall continue to share your links as best I can to help get the signatures (as I have been doing since the day that you listed it)….God Speed.

    I’m sorry to say this, Orly. You won’t get anywhere with any and all you have done. Unfortunately the law does not apply to Obama the fraudster. Just like Zullo and Sheriff Arpaio can’t and won’t do anything with all the “evidence” they have, so won’t any judge in the USA.

    I believe that the amateurish forgers of these documents, that the Usuper-in-Chief uses as cover, were in fact conciously or unconciously, leaving a trail of evidence behind, so that he would eventually be exposed, convicted of treason, and send to jail. Nobody within the forgery profession, could be so stupid !!

    My main worry, is that the Conference at SCOTUS, on February 15, 2013, would be just a pro forma procedure to finally validate the usurper rights to be president. This Justice Roberts, and the other four liberals of this court, do not merit a pinch of my trust.

    I agree with Francisco that the Supreme Court will deny a hearing on the merits; further anointng obama forever as the legitimate occupant of the White House; so coronated by Roberts for the second coming on January 20, 2013, and again for the third coming on January 21, 2013.

    I am with Francisco regarding Judge Roberts. When the slush fund was found and frozen in the Vatican, among the list of well knowns benefiting (in the millions of $$$$ each) was Chief Justice Roberts name, along with the whole Obama family, Clinton’s and Chelsea, the Bush’s. Remember the millions missing from the Federal Reserve? I have heard nothing since the discovery and freezing of those funds in the Vatican Bank. BTW 15,590 Letters and Emails Sent So Far. Out of the 100′s of tweets I have made, I have had just one negative and he chose just to block me, but my account is still up and running, and I shall continue to spread the link to as many new conservatives and Obama haters as I can find.

    If the Republican held Congress, has not acted in four years of mounting evidence against the fraudulent nature of the documents presented by Obama, there are a couple of reasons that might explain their abject inactivity:
    1) They are blind, deaf and stupid, or
    2) They are afraid that defrocking the Mesiah of his title and vestments, would cause his acolytes to rebel, and blood would run like spring water through the streets of this nation.

    With more than eight hundred thousands lawyers in this great nation, 99% of them, should lower their heads in shame, when we have an immigrant lawyer like Orly Taitz, being the one that is at the forefront of defending our Constitution, and the sacredness of the office of president of the United States. The vast majority of them, are just lining their pockets with hard cash, while this woman is spending her own money, her time and even placing her own life in danger, in order to save this great republic, that once is lost, would never be recovered.
