   I am thinking if you have evidence of this, she needs to be charged and charged big. These clerks (liberals) are likely doing this impeding of justice all over the country where they are hired in. They are of the fringes who are hired in low key and doing major damage?

   MADA BADCHOICE:

   This letter is lawful notification to you that you are corresponding with one of the People of these united States of America, (see attached Affidavit). I will be monitoring, maintaining a record, and evaluating any and all communications and actions by all parties specific to this matter pursuant to my God granted rights secured and guaranteed by the Federal Constitution specific to the Bill of Rights and the Hawaii State Constitution and the associated Bill of Rights.

   Should any further infringement of my guaranteed and secured rights occur on your part or by any party with whom you claim any affiliation, I will scrutinize said infringements and any injury there from pursuant to 42 USC §1983 and 18 USC §241-242 at minimum, and I will proceed accordingly.
   Be advised that I have been informed by my contacts that you have denied my filing of a “Motion to Dismiss” specific to an unrebutted void matter on Friday, November 16, 2012 and, again, on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 (see enclosed motion and supporting documents). You failed to cite any law to substantiate your refusal and stated only that Charlie Haberdashi, a judge, instructed you to deny or refuse any and all of my filings including this Motion to Dismiss.

   Therefore, I respectfully demand and require that you respond to all of the following, item by item, in truth, fact, evidence, and law so that I may proceed according to law.

   You were acting in your official capacity as some level of a Clerk of the District Court of the First Circuit when you informed Helper Helperton1 and Helpie Helperton2 that my filings are being denied by Charlie Haberdashi. Is this correct?

   Provide me with bona fide and lawful proof via certified copies of both your sworn and subscribed Oath of Office and any surety bond that demonstrates that you, MADA BADCHOICE, have been granted the public trust to function in the official position you claim.

   If you are not required to swear, subscribe, and file an Oath of Office in your capacity, please provide the name of the particular person under whose Oath you act.

   Provide bona fide and lawful proof by citing specific law that grants you, MADA BADCHOICE, lawful authority to deny me “freedom of expression” and access to the court protections guaranteed by the 1st Amendment specific to the Federal Constitution.

   Provide bona fide and lawful proof by citing specific law that grants you, MADA BADCHOICE, lawful authority to deny me foundational due process protections guaranteed by the 5th and the 14th Amendments specific to the Federal Constitution.

   Provide bona fide and lawful proof by citing specific law that grants you, MADA BADCHOICE, lawful authority to make any demands of or place any requirements of performance upon me regarding appearances or filings or the like.

   In order to help dispel any confusion and to keep you from demonstrating blatant negligence in your position as a servant to the People, which is felony perjury of your Oath or of your supervisor’s oath under which you act, please read Article 16 Section 4 of the Hawaii State Constitution:

   OATH OF OFFICE
   Section 4.  All eligible public officers, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, shall take and subscribe to the following oath or affirmation: 

    ”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, and that I will faithfully discharge my duties as …………………… to best of my ability.”  

   At the very least, you should be made aware that violations under this Oath is felony perjury, which is insurrection, sedition, and treason against the people.

   Your response to the foregoing is hereby demanded within 21 days from the date of this letter. Upon receiving your response to the foregoing, I will be able to properly and legally address this matter further.

   If you fail to provide the requested information herein within the prescribed time frame then I will assume that you are acting outside the scope of lawful authority and, therefore, have no “perceived immunity” of any type specific to this matter. By your own actions, MADA BADCHOICE, in your official and/or individual capacities, it can be concluded that you have attempted to defraud, coerce, and/or manipulate me, or cause injury to me, in clear violation of my secured and guaranteed rights pursuant to the Federal and State Constitutions.

    This is outrageous. Filing a case should not be this hard. I’ve done it myself and got my hearing and I’m not even an attorney.
    This is deliberate sabotage of Orly’s case by some lowly clerk who should be fined and fired from her job. Who does she think she is?

    If there is a gathering, then kindly make a sign with Orly’s website, make flyers to pass to get those in the DARK [mushroom darkness] who have not been paying attention to this fraud in the WH; who do not go to this site, encourage them to assist in any and all ways, donations and get active. Write their Congressmen, demand answers annoyed them to well…to where they want to leave or do something. My Congressman took 4 years to answer my letter and petition of point of order because on my upteenth request I got nasty and insulting, as I knew he was going to get his lazy Arse kicke out, as he accepted the fraud’s forged BC as evidence. Hell, is a blind, yes he is; to justice. Wake up American and look for opportunity everywhere to spread the word…Well,in our case…we voted him out. I just finished for editing my letter to our new Congressman who has guts. I hope and pray he will be ‘our Daniel.’, as we have giants and elephants sitting in Congress, not doing one damn thing but drinking and sucking the system. I knwo this at least Lee Atwater when he was dying of cancer tried to make amends for his part in corruption and failed the American people; yeah, Satan will use you up!
