Friends,
Before I received this morning the email below from Ron          Branson, which meshes with my own thinking, I was in the          process yesterday (but was interrupted) of writing this:
“There oughta be a law!”
A few hundred feet from our home is an intersection at          which a high-school throng of kids in cars were dashing from          the parking lot, onto the street, and across my path, as I          waited at a stop sign.  Finally, I saw a moment to join that          string of cars and did so, only to be stopped by a cop who had          been watching from his car across that busy street.  I forget          the charge (driving to endanger, perhaps), but I took it to          court and lost.
I should have asked the judge why the charges should not          have been dismissed, because the cop had ignored a higher duty          to control the flow of traffic in order to maintain safety and          to give all involved a fair chance to get on with their          lives.
It is that “higher duty” concept that I think might be          used nowadays, with regard to law enforcement.
What about having all who go to court protest their very          presence there under the concept that arresting officers have          a higher duty instead to have been in the process of arresting          all politicians and all above them in the chain of command who          have done nothing to vet obama?  What about the argument that          the fact that they have not already done so proves that they          have not upheld their sworn duty to defend and protect the          Constitution of the United States and are therefore guilty of          1. misprision and 2. holding office illegally?   That would          include Joe Arpaio, Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, who          had a chance to arrest obama and did not do so.
What about the argument that because even the Supreme          Court of these United States of America has not seen to it          that obama be properly vetted, it has lost the right to          exist?  What about the argument that because holder’s          so-called “Justice Department” has been selective in its          enforcement of law and has done nothing to vet obama, it has          also lost the right to exist?  What about the argument that          because the House has not impeached obama, it has lost its          right to exist; that because the U.S. Senate has failed to          pass a budget and to insist that obama be properly vetted, it          also no longer holds legal authority of any kind?
Shut them all down now.

    Question about contacting presidential electors. Is there any need to contact the electors from the red states since they cast their vote for Romney anyway?

    you need to contact them first, as they were the least likely to oppose the TRO
