   Sadly: the time of peaceful protest, hold signs is over. Orly I know u can’t condone violence but I can. We have a dictator in charge of our military and soon will be making an example out of those that go against him. The D lawmakers couldn’t get enough support to make the gun grab happen in IL. The Ds may be our only hope. The Rs have such a currupt past they can’t stop O. These judges have been threatened into ruling shaker their oath. People like JOSHUA BOSTON will hopefully lead us in a revolt against our government. This was what I have feared for so long but that time is here. I expect the killing to get worse until he gets his gun grab passed. When we have nothing but rocks to throw like the people you see in Europe it will be imposable. I don’t see many rocks laying around in DC While I’m at it I may have to stop by Fox studio’s and clean house there first. At least I would feel I accomplished something before I’m takin out. The time to fight is here NOW

   ihv.. how can these people outright lie and get away with it.. dr orly, if you can find that he misrepresented this in any way is there any way to get sanctions put against him.. you spent a bundle of money to get to this stage and one lying idiot can take it all away?

   what about the money you sent to witnesses like obummer who didnt show up.. do they have to return your money?

   as long as we live under a system that appoints these idiots we will never be a truly free society..

   Representatives’ offices receive and simply ignore subpoenas all the time, representatives themselves are seldom made aware that a subpoena has been served. Many long time congressmen have highly secure, very luxurious, top secret private offices inside a building overlooking the Washington Mall, but not within the U.S. Capitol itself. Most “outsiders” will never see the inside of one of the private offices. Representatives are totally oblivious to what happens inside the U.S. Capitol office with their name on the door because only their staff members actually work there, they seldom communicate, and they do not care what the lowly taxpaying slaves want. Due to extremely low public opinion ratings and numerous threats, staff members are now phoning a few of the citizens who write to them in hopes of pacifying them and to give their district the (false) impression that representatives actually care what their constituents want. “We” no longer live in a representative republic, for decades “we” have lived in a thinly veiled dictatorship. “0” represents “the end game” for the establishment of a global government….Strange how the left is still accusing Bush 43 of having someone forge the final year of his Texas Air National Guard (“TANG”) service records. Michael Lazzaro (Potter Valley, Ca.), aka “Hunter” at Daily Kos, wrote the 2004 article linked below. Much of what he wrote with regard to documents and 60s and 70s typewriters sounds very familiar. “This is not the final word on this, and it is certainly possible that any documents are forgeries.” Hmmmm. Coincidence?     Ernest & Karen, the US Attorney was to have notified all the defendants that they were named defendants of the TRO and that he would be representing them in court last week in Sacramento. Dr Taitz has reason to believe that the US Attorney never even notified the defendants of the TRO or that he would be representing them in court. So she is wanting supporters from around the country to call their representatives and ask then whether they were made aware that they were included in the TRO and if the US Attorney discussed with them his representing them in court last week.

    Been researching this and I am not sure that he was representing Congress. For a start, there’s separation of powers, and it isn’t clear if the US Attorney can represent Congress. That’s why the GOP has hired outside lawyers in the DOMA case. Then there’s whether Congress is actually a legal entity. If it isn’t, it probably can’t be served anyway. And certainly can’t be served through the US Attorney. Also, Congress is not unified and I don’t see how one person can represent Repubs, Deomcrats, Independents etc

    Harry, in summary are you saying..

    No one represented everybody when someone should have called somebody. Everybody is actually everyone and everyone may actually be illegitimate.

    Therefore, no one can represent everyone anyway, certainly since everybody is immune because everyone, if someone, could be identified but since someone is actually everyone we have no idea who they really are.

    Hope this helps in resolving the confusion.
