darrel issa voted yes for NDAA. And from what I know be to fact that bill is blatant high treason. Communistic prison without proof. Voting yes for the ndaa, is in all its meaning as, in whole a direct violation of the constitution. In congress he scolds a very good act, so good it may seem like he’s above reproach but not to me. I hope he’s found guilty of serious crimes and put in prison.

Have you bothered to look at the local rules? None of your recycled affidavits is admissible and no witnesses are permitted for a TRO hearing.

Look back in history. He was one of the sponsors for changing the US Constitution so one would not have to be born in the USA to be president.

show me a specific rule that says that witnesses ar not permitted or that affidavits are not admissable, there is no such rule. as a matter of fact affidavits are required

of course. The point is, that today nobody trusts politicians. they are brought to court not because anyone trusts them but because we are telling them that we are holding them accountable. They have to act and hold immediate hearings or they may face the treason charges in the near future.

Hi Orly,
I was subpoenaed to US District Court last year. They sent me a check for something like $50 to drive the 50 miles to where the court was located. I think they give something like 50 cents for every mile, round trip.
How much did you have to pay in advance for Obama to make the trip?

Issa is not supposed to appear, he is supposed to provide doc. the witnesses, who are supposed to appear can get only 10c. per mile

We are now a Banana Republic run my a mafia of corrupt politicians who can be bought and paid for like Al Capone’s jury.
The “Political Right” is in name only. They are unwilling to sacrifice themselves for any reason, especially for something like this, even though they know better. They are calculating cowards.
When the system implodes due to lack of any gutsy leadership in DC, they will point fingers at each other then run for the hills with their big, fat pensions. John Boy and BHO will be golfing buddies.
You will be subjugated to controlled wages (unless you are a government worker and/or union member), mediocre health care, and allowed “just enough” to get by on until you are too old to justify the expense of keeping you alive. Hi folks. As I read items like this, My heart bleeds for the country I love. I am 91 yrs old, served my country during three wars (1942-1972), and feel sadness for my children and grandchildren who will reap the wildwind when it hits us full force in the coming years. Do we not have a single Judge with the courage, integrity and honesty to bring this fiasco we are enduring with a questionable Pres and CIC? Wont even allow a hearing on the evidence provided by experts. Something terrible wrong has been allowed to take us down the wrong path to inevtible destruction, if we continue to ignore our Founding Fathers guidance. Sad, sad, sad.

Issa, Boehner, McCain, Cantwell, McConnell, and company, are the really dangerous culprits here . They pretend to be on our side, but sleep with the enemy by making backroom deals and by brushing things under the rug, so they can all gladhand and backslap each other while increasing their power. They have to be forced to do what is right, or they will be just as guilty as the foolish liberals, in completely finishing off the U.S.A.
I figured Allen West might be the one to stand up and push Obama’s ineligibility, once he was forced out of Congress, but it looks like he has plans to run again in the future.
Where is the one brave member of Congress who will come forward and do what is right by confronting the Usurper snake? Sadly, I think they are all long gone, hidden in the pages of history books that no one reads anymore.

For awhile I thought Issa was going to do something–Fast and Furious seemed like such a serious scandal. Then ex-POW anger seemed to propel John McCain into doing something because of Benghazi and being friends with Chris Stevens (on Hugh Hewitt he promised not to drop this issue)…but now I realize that he would have to inconvenience his great friend Hillary Clinton and so, once again…nothing.

Please. as a teacher citizen working in the urban Detroit Schools, I beg you please demand the the dishonesty, the bribes, the corruption of our Political leaders stop; leaders who are role-modeling to our children. The political models are to uphold the law and the constitution. How can we expect our children to follow rules, not be bullies, be honest if we do not demand of that our leaders have these qualities. There should be severe punishment to any leader(s) who knowingly bribe, lie, bully and misleading the citizens. If it has to go to the White House then so be it. What better way to model to the citizens no one will be exempt from frauding the citizens.

Not only the members of Congress that a poster named: Issa, Boner-Boehner, the others, but there are 70-80 socialists that are causing us massive problems, as well. Like think who keeps getting elected, without even trying?

And to think that Issa voted FOR the (NDAA) Law, when liberal (D), Tom Harkin, voted against the entire bill, along with only about 7 or 8 others in Congress! Now, figure that out!
