Greetings: Here are the basics of the situation.
Grinols PS: Nothing is ever sure of success. A hearing in other courts has been denied close to 200 times in the US. California courts have gone so far as to say it is a responsibility of the Electoral College The Electoral college was designed for a time such as this. Read Federalist paper #68. Government will not work if those elected to any office will not use the power of the office. Electors are those responsible for electing eligible presidents and challenging those who are not. Courts are the mechanism of challenge. It is the honorable legal method for these problems. In that regard the duty is clear.

Plaintiff in Grinols et al v Electoral College et al were given 1 week to submit all the documents for the TRO (Temporary restraining order )staying the certification of   the election. This one week will be extremely important and I need assistance of the public.
Part of the documents requested, is a notification to defendants and asking them if they will stipulate to TRO, meaning if they will agree. It is safe to believe that the electors, who are Democrats will not stipulate, however Republican electors will stipulate, will agree that Obama’s certification shpuld  I will be notifying the defendats through the Attorney Generals   of the States but I need help from the public to reach eachand every elector and have him/ her sign the STIPULATION to  TRO

I received a copy of the complaint (30 pages) and exhibits (107 pages) Grinols  et al v Electoral College et al. 2:12-cv-02997-MCE-DAD U.S. District Court Eastern District of California
I received a copy of the docket of the case with an order by Judge on duty Kimberly Mueller giving plaintiffs  one week to submit TRO (Temporary Restraining Order)
I understand that Plaintiffs are seeking Declaratory Relief deeming  Barack Obama, aka Barack Soetoro aka Barack Soebarkah ineligible to the U.S. Presidency due to his use of a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS, due to evidence of forgery in his alleged copy of his alleged birth certificate and due to evidence of forgery in his alleged copy of his alleged selective service certificate  application and his use of a name not legally his. I understand that Plaintiffs are seeking injunction relief, prohibiting Barack Obama from being certified as a winner of the Presidential election for the same reasons.
