Now I am concerned, whether plaintiffs in Grinols will receive justice. Report below is worrisome, as it shows a case of conflict of interest that was swept under the rug. We’ll have to wait an see what happens in our case.

    she is only a Judge onduty until the preiding judge comes back from his trip on Monday. Judge England was appointed by Bush

    same way as Thurgood Marshall was opitimistic, Susan B. Anthony, Russian dissidents ater 60 years of the Soviet Communist rule or Nelson Mandella after 27 years in prison. If not now, when, if not me, who?

    I never saw any racism on part of Judge England. he simply did not follow the precedents and did not consider the facts of the case. I do not think he is a racist. as a matter of fact he has a bi-racial family
