North Carolina must be full of nutz as they are closing a bunch of their facilities. They keep them in jail instead of treating them,most likely or if they are bad enough, they stay in emergency rooms longer than they need. It may be that this wonderful state has the inmates running the asylum like everywhere else in the government in all the states. Lol. John Hinkley was (or is there.) Just some really nutty people.
