Should I cancel the check for $710 given to the Supreme court of CA, as they did not provide honest service and committed treason by covering up forged IDs and a Stolen SSN of the usurper?

This is a good thing, and to be expected, right? Now the SCOTUS can finally get involved. P.S. Cancel the $710 check. I doubt it has even cleared yet. |

I would never be so presumptuous to try an advise
Dr.Taitz on what to do.I did however take offense
to ALL the MSMs who guested her on their networks
to simply ridicule her.So therefore I canceled my
cable subscription.

Do you think they even read what you sent them? If not, they did not do what they were supposed to do to earn their fee and you have a breach of an implied contract that the Supreme Court would grant you due process.
I say cancel the check.

Have they ruled?

Yes Dr Taitz. I am of thinking that you should be talking to your bank and have the canceling of that cheque done immediately at once.

Hmm, come to think of it, you have damages if they cash the check (which they probably have anyway) … any way you can file a civil suit on the clerk(s) ?
These people don’t care about the law, but I bet they care about their personal bank accounts.

Congratulations to Bill Davis for taking meaningful action for the benefit of our Constitutional Republic! I promise you will never look back in regret and you should be elevated for your decision not to send your money to support a criminal media.

Unless you will get in trouble that will require more donations to fix, cancel the check! Keep the funds for SCOTUS appeal.

Do not cancel the check. This check is your proof of “injury” and you could always go against them in small claims court for a refund.
The acceptance of money without due consideration may open doors to future legal action??

You should cancel the check and then file liens against everyone. And then include them in your RICo lawsuits.

I agree! And you should also threaten all of them — especially the State Sumpreme Court Justices — with prison and possible execution for treason! You HAVE to get these people’s attention!

No, do not cancel it, as it is in essence government property at this point even if the Court essentially stole your money. Hopefully there is recourse and part of that might be SCOTUS ordering it returned if California does nothing. It’s still all a sick joke.
