I need civil RICO cases, which were filed by private individuals and governmental employees were found guilty. I found some, but will be nice to find more. unfortunately we have so much corruption in government, law enforcement and judiciary, so many people are on the take, that it is up to us, the citizens to take on the biggest thugs running this nation

Orly, this link is full of over 12 cases where state employees were judged under RICO; state senators, a state treasurer, state Representative. The footnotes included references to their cases. this is the link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_state_officials_convicted_of_federal_corruption_offenses

Through the evil to the core United Nations, the “Obama” (mis)administration is pushing hard for a world-wide ban on civilian ownership of firearms and ammunition. “Safety, security, and reduced crime” is the false theory which charismatic tyrants and despots always use to sell so called “gun control” to the gullible masses. “Gun control” is just a sneaky precursor to genocide, it does not reduce crime, history proves it actually increases crime. Read the genocide chart, join J.P.F.O., and fight to preserve and protect the Second Amendment – It is seriously endangered and so are the remainder of our precious freedoms!…https://jpfo.org/filegen-a-m/deathgc.htm#chart

Orly, I posted two case citations in comments last week. Did you not get them?
I am not in my office today and can’t look them up again until Monday.

    AccessHealthSource

On August 31, 2010, eleven defendants were indicted on RICO charges for allegedly assisting AccessHealthSource, a local health care provider, in obtaining and maintaining lucrative contracts with local and state government entities in the city of El Paso, Texas, “through bribery of and kickbacks to elected officials or himself and others, extortion under color of authority, fraudulent schemes and artifices, false pretenses, promises and representations and deprivation of the right of citizens to the honest services of their elected local officials” (see indictment).[23]
