Dr, Counselor Taitz,

I’m asking you and groups of people who you can attract to formally file criminal charges naming OBAMA and his criminal assistants in commission of TREASON.

Here is my response and clarification:
1. I have a great respect to Commander Fitzpatrick and his years of service
2. if Obama is not a US citizen, if he does not have valid papers, he cannot be convicted of treason, as you have to be a citizen to be convicted of treason, but he can be convicted of elections fraud and use of forged IDs. his accomplices, who are the U.S. citizens, may be committing treason
3. I filed criminal complaints wit US attorneys’ office and Attorney General offices, they did nothing, they are a part of the same establishment
4. There is no provision in the law that would allow citizens to file criminal complaints as are filed by the AGs and US attorneys. The only vehicle to bring legal actions under criminal statutes is under RICO, which I did in MS. Hearing is November 16th 1pm, US District Court Judge Wingate

    Foreigners are charged with espionage, a capital crime with the penalty of execution.
