   What I find odd is that he would write such a long letter asking for “verification” when he could just have his client -Obama authorize the release of his complete birth record and be done with it.

   Also, why not ask for a “certified” copy of what’s on file ? Are we to believe that they are asking for a verification instead of a certified copy in order to save $5.00 ? Temper wrote a full paragraph noting HI statutes regarding fees .

   Note: in the letter , Tepper asks if the BC on the White House web site “matches what is on record”. He does not ask if it is a true copy of what is on file in HI.

   If Tepper is entitled under HI statute to ask for verification, Taitz should also be able to ask for verification of her questions regarding the BC. Such as – I would like to verify that this BC is a forgery and not a true representation of what you have on file?

   Tieppers language leaves open the idea that what’s on file could simply be an affidavit from the mother etc.and that the BC on White House site simply represents info that’s on that affidavit. Ruddy is unable to give a certified copy duplicate of what Obama has released, because no such copy exists in HI.

   I would like Fuddy to answer the question:

   Is the Registrars Stamp of Onaka on the BC posted by Obama a true and accurate representation of the stamp?

   Referring to (THE) being spelled “TXE” and the smiley face in the O of Onaka.

   Also is the BC number correct. The Nordyke numbers are lower despite their births being registered on August 11, 1962 vs Obama registration on August 08, 1961 …… Obviously when the very first Obama COLB was released to the public, they had NO IDEA that the Nordyke BC would come to light. This alone proves that the Obama BC is a forgery.

   Where the page supposedly bends with the curve of a book, the color is different. If these are both supposed to be color copies, since they are green and black, then the color should not have changed moreso in one area than the others. Especially near the bottom bend. The first has a dark grey-green hue in that area, whereas the new one has no greying, just a light blue-green hue.
   Also, the new one is noticeably blurred.
   How did the second one get fuzzier, yet brighter, not faded, in color?
   The same goes for the date in box 20. In the first image, the numbers are all varying shades og grey/black. In the new one, the some of the same numbers are blue-green in color, while the final number “1″ remains fairly unchanged from it’s dark grey/black color.

   Since the initiation of digital records by Hawaii law all new Birth Certificates get the Onaka or other registrar stamp saying TXE which means records come from digital files not paper like Pres Obama’s should come from as older birth certificates can still be seen as a copy of the original but no copy of an original exists for Pres Obama just pieces of records (not birth certificates or not President Obama’s birth certificate but files that could be filled in to make a digital or enriched file = TXE record. Onaka’s stamp is telling the truth and is valid for what it says. Remember all new birth certificates come from digital records (no paper) the hospital shoots a digitally signed TXE file to the Health Department. Of course old records were not TXE files and had to be changed into digital files so now they try to refuse to show you the originals which someday of course won’t exist as new birth certificates are all digital as TXE records…TXE = enriched text file

   The State of Hawaii or someone from the Health Department officially could state that they do verify exactly what Onaka’s stamp says. The copy Tepper or tipper or what ever his name is will likely be verified as a TXE record like the one the State of Hawaii digitally put together. This form called the long form Birth Certificate is not a copy of the original that would have been made in 1961. The State would admit that if you got them sworn. They will simply argue that Hawaii State Law allows them to make TXE records. TXE = enriched text file
   just a compilation of digital copies of signatures and names from many documents. No one will admit to seeing a copy of President Obama’s orginal birth certificate as it was created in 1961. They only refer to records that allowed them to piece together a new and improved digital record TXE record. From the index it seems the original that did exist??? was amended or ??? I am certain if President Obama had a copy of his orginal!!!! if he had? it wouldn’t be like the digital files that Hawaii has put together in TXE enriched text record….The President of the United States has no papers just like his dog Bo. Ask for the Nurse’s logbook of records maintained by Kapiolani. Kapiolani has never admitted Obama was born there just that he was verified to be alive by a Doctor who was employed there. Common practice in Hawaii in 1961.

   It is hard to counterfeit the Nurse’s logbook of births because they were written in the hand of the Nurses. The best they could do would be to destroy the logbook or tear a page out of the logbook or make a late entry by obviously altering the logbook. If the hospital had this record, there would be singing and jublilation and dancing with those flower necklaces the Hawaians use for tourists.
   It looks like they found the signature of an Ob/Gyn doc who worked at Kapiolani and put that in the digital TXE record to satisfy the Hawaii Law that said if you are not born in Hawaii, a Hawaian Doctor must certify you are a live baby. The Doctor did not certify Obama was born at Kapiolani just that He (the Doctor) certifies that the baby is alive today.
   I wouldn’t believe anything President Obama says about his birth without a DNA test that I saw came from The Prez and whoever he said he was related to…Surprise son now you know who your Daddy was or wasn’t.
   Dr. Taitz, if you want to post any of my ramblings feel free or not but I am trying to get the point out about Hawaii and their lying to protect the President.

   Orly, My Mom said in 1961(that Hawaii wasn’t a state,it was a territory. If i remember right Eisenhour didn’t GET it signed in because of a “conflict”. I believe it was made a state after JFK took office,giving IKE the credit for it.
