MS Filed First Amended Complaint – Copy
On November 16th at 1pm we have a hearing in Mississippi. I will be facing 6 attorneys and their law firms, this is truly a David and Goliath battle. So, I will post pleadings. I am asking my supporters, who followed this case, to read the material. I will need to file oppositions to motions to dismiss by Alvin Onaka and Loretta Fuddy filed by Duke firm. I have 2 weeks since October 26, till the 9th, probably, to be on the safe side, I will need to file by the 8th. Also, the same attorney Scott Tepper, who represents the Dem party of MS, now represents Obama, Pelosi and Astrue. They filed an answer, just as Dem party and Sec of State, but after the answer they filed a motion for Judgment on the pleadings. (JOP)
So far I answered to to Dem party and Sec of state. By the 8th I have to answer to Onaka and Fuddy and afterwards I will have to answer to Obama, Pelosi, Obama for America.
They are fighting hard because in this case I filed not only causes of action of Declaratory relief and Injunctive relief, but I also filed RICO (racketeering)
Tepper was seeking a a judgment with prejudice and Judicial notice of Obama’s BC, that he was born in Hawaii and that he is a Natural Born citizen.
Judicial notice is issued on undisputed facts: for example, there can be a judicial notice that it is Monday today, however since I provided multiple affidavits, showing forgery, a judicial notice cannot be issued, it is a disputed fact.
I opposed judicial notice and sought sanctions. In response Tepper sought a certification from HI, but requested was worded in a very vague way. He was seeking a verification that there is an original birth certificate on file and that the information on the original correspondents with the copy. The wording is suspicious in itself. Typically you would have wording: this is the true and correct copy of the original, not that the information corresponds to the original. Moreover, attached to the request for certification was a copy of BC, which according to the sworn affidavit of Henry Wayland Blake and others represents a heavily modified, doctored version of the BC originally posted on WhiteHouse.gov. It had a number of changes, which made it look less of a forgery. Specifically, the file was flattened and there were no layers, the stamp of the registrar resided on the same layer as the rest of the document. so, there is a clear effort to clean up evidence of forgery, which is listed on the affidavits and press conferences of Zullo, Arpaio and others. This is very serious. Today I talked about it during the conference call. So, what is the registrar certifying? The original forgery or the later, cleaned up better looking forgery?
I will have 35 pages for each brief. (not including exhibits) Today I told Judge Wingate and all of the attorneys that this is akin to Watergate. During Watergate we had the original crime and cover up, erasing the tapes.
I will be posting the docs as fast as I am able to. Let me know, if I am forgetting anything. Also, since I am facing 6 attorneys, it would be great to have a local counsel there. If you know a Jackson, MS attorney, who is on our side and is willing to assist, let me know.

Since Judge Reid in Indiana CALLED the trial, held the trial, and then dismissed and vacated the trial, costing those involved lots of time and money…PERHAPS YOU SHOULD FILE SUIT AGAINST the Judge FOR DAMAGES and frivolous judicial conduct!

I listened to the entire hoax. Very frightening. Dr. Orly is correct when she says this nation is worse off than all of the commie nations. We need Dr. Orly now more than ever to lead the charge if this election goes to Obummer.

The OBAMA Mural right in front of the Voting booths in PHILADELPHIA is a disgrace to American democracy. It is eerily reminiscent of the ubiquitous murals of Lenin all over Eastern Europe before the end of the Soviet System. Shame is too soft a word for the elections officials there who knew for months that it would be there on Election Day! And so parts of the USA devolve to Third World totalitarian states! Philadelphia has gone from “Brotherly Love” to “Big Brutha Intimidation.”

To hell with the corrupt judges. This needs to be brought before a Grand Jury, period. The only way this can move forward is to move away from the blatant corruption of the courts. It doesn’t take a genius to see what’s going on here, stonewalling is going to continue as long as judges are left to decide anything in this case. Because they know, this will take down the entire criminal cabal we call a government. Every illegal order the usurper signed will have to be overturned, congress, the senate,all 535 of the criminals, the USDOJ, etc., etc. will have to be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit fraud, dereliction of duty, perjury, criminal negligence, and treason. We have only one branch of government, the terrorist branch.

Onaka and Fuddy, by certifying Obama’s COLB, allowed him to get on the ballot in Mississippi, so they are subject to Misisisippi long-arm jurisdiction.

It seems as though the Obama people think they can create their own birth certificate document then get the state of Hawaii officials to give it their blessing. That’s not the same as having some trusted party examine the original at the Hawaii DOH. We don’t trust the people at the Hawaii DOH. We only trust the original documentation, if it even exists. The court should not trust the word of the Hawaii DOH officials who appear to be complicit in the fraud. Since the DOH officials are defendants in the case, the DOH can’t be used to confirm the claims by Obama. Their word means nothing as far as proof goes.

Under the Constitution of the United States, Obama can’t be a natural born citizen, with a foreign citizen as his father. Both Father and Mother must be a American citizen, in order for Obama to be a natural born citizen.

With a trial such as the MS trial it would take a TEAM of attorneys to fight the COMMIE SUPPORTERS who want a MUSLIM COMMIE in the White House.
Donofrio, Apuzzo, Kreep, Pidgeon, Liberty ??? or whatever, Berg (not likely), and other “Officers of The Court” phonies who RIP divorce clients off and won’t expend time to DEFEND the Constitution which they took and OATH to do.

THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT TO REALIZE IN REMOVING THE USURPER IS THAT THE
‘EVIDENCE NEEDS TO BE PRESENTED TO A JURY’
or THE EVIDENCE NEEDS TO APPEAR DURING THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE PROCESS WHERE THE VOTES ARE CAST AND CHALLENGED DURING THE VOTING SESSION TO ELECT AMERICA’S POTUS.
Anyone who reads this blog needs to understand that Orly faces a HUGE task in obtaining court ordered subpoenas, obtaining evidence, presenting evidence, preparing witnesses, and WORST of all having to know judicial procedures involved in many states’ courts and also, in the Federal court system.
With ALL the court rules, state laws, laws of evidence none serve NO OTHER PURPOSE than to demand a HERCULEAN effort to maintain one’s sanity in dealing with all of the latter.
The legal fight going on now to QUALIFY the USURPER or DISQUALIFY him is being supported by MANY, MANY, attorneys who meet and confer on how to DEFEND the CRIMINAL in the White House. These attorneys do research in case law, in state laws, in court procedures etc. and ONE attorney, Orly, has to expend many hours just to get to the court house with witnesses, while MANY singular opposing attorneys are focusing on specific research, that is combined, to use against any claims made by Orly.
An outside guess at how many attorneys are expending time to fight Orly…would be at minimum about 7 or more attorneys that aid the lead attorneys who oppose Dr. Orly’s pleadings.
For those people who have some influence in community organizations and could solicit attorneys who could help Orly, then it is time to get those “Officers of The Court”, to do what they SWORE and OATH to do, and that is to DEFEND the Constitution PRO BONO in support of Orly’s representation of ALL Americans in defending America’s Constitution. Also, be aware of the following to know how SERIOUS a threat that the USURPER is to America:

This is off-subject, but there is a video right now on Expose.Obama, in which a veteran tells the truth about Benghazi and Obama’s and Panetta’s part in betraying the men who were attacked. They told the special ops forces to ‘stand down’ and did not give orders for F-16 planes to be on the scene .. which they could have been in 16 mins. and the forces within a couple of hours, though the battle went on for 7 hours.
This veteran says that the military men are outraged about this incompetent ‘president’ and whether he is elected or not, this is not going to be left untold, as media did not cover this fully, though he says Fox did, however, when the veterans continue with this exposure, which is worse than Watergate, Obama will be ‘impeached’
He says the Democrats do not know what they are doing in supporting Obama.

If they haven’t finished voting, like in Florida, how can anyone OFFICIALLY call this election? I sent Romney an email, and asked him NOT TO QUIT, yet! And am hearing that Romney’s crowd doesn’t want him to quit! And that Romney leads nationwide with popular vote! ….. Now get this: I just heard that Nv went (projection-?) to win! But, when the figures came on the screen, earlier, Romney was killing him with about a 30-point lead. Romney should wait till ALL THE VOTES are counted! And guess where they were having problems in Florida: the county where Tampa is located! That Spanish company who is going to (supposedly) call the vote/election! I hope all those attorneys the (R) Party have sent out, take these counts to court! We’re being HAD! These NWO’S are stealing the election!!!
