Motion to compel appearance at trial and $350 are being FedExed today. The case will be filed tomorrow and Arpaio and Zullo will be served tomorrow as well. The word angry does not begin to describe how I feel about Arpaio and Zullo refusing to appear and testify at trial and the need for me to sue them in AZ on a motion to compel

I have never been as disappointed in my life as I have with Sheriff Joe Arpaio.  When I heard that he was becoming involved on the eligibility issue I had some real hopes that he would settle the matter for once and for all.  But it was all a sham; he viewed this issue as a chance for a personal fundraiser and PR dog and pony show.  Now that he has his money you won’t see him around any time soon.  With him it’s money, only money.

    You should have known at the beginning when Sheriff Joe didn’t use his real investigators that it was all for show.
