Dear, Sheriff Arpaio, Investigator Zullo, Counsel Vigil,

Please find attached Motion to compel your appearance at trial in Indianapolis on October 22, 10 am, Superior Court, Division 14, Judge Reid.
Please, advise me whether   you decided to appear at trial. If not, whether you will appear at the emergency hearing in the Superior Court of AZ  to compel your appearance at trial pursuant to the subpoena. This is an urgent matter, the trial is in 6 days and I will be seeking an expedited hearing

    What going on with this ONCE Tough Sheriff from Arizona.

    Is Sheriff Arpaio scared to death to show up in court because he has been threatened, or is because he being paid off with some come of SHADY DEAL, or is has he been paid off financially.

    He can’t be hurting for money because his already made MILLIONS of DOLLARS showing off all of Dr. Orly Taitz, Eqs.’s “SOLID, BONA FIDE, AND UNREFUTED EVIDENCE”, along with the very little of his own evidence.

    Also what right does Sheriff Arpaio have TAMPERING with some of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.’s witnesses, telling them not to testify in an Indiana Court on October 22nd. Isn’t that AGAINST THE LAW?

    The Sheriff has been very quiet since DOJ dropped charges. Really hate to believe what I’m thinking.

    Arpaio needs to feel the heat. I’m tired of seeing him begging for donations for investigation expenses, then doing nothing of substance with the evidence of criminal wrongdoing he and his investigators have discovered. Sadly, Arpaio has destroyed all his credibility.

    you are not the only one feeling this way.. actually i wonder if arpiao and hinchmen used this as a scam to rip people off of some millions of dollars..

    why is it that I HAVE TO obey a suppeno yet these politicians simply ignore them

    THE COURT SHOULD ISSUE A WARRANT AND IF THEY DONT SHOW UP GO ARREST THEM..

    I called them and told him I was very disappointed he is not answering the subpoena to appear. I would tell everyone to call them and in a nice way encourage them to appear. God bless you Orly!
