Please be advised that the Court is submitting today an ORDER continuing the hearing scheduled for April 16, 2012, in the above referenced cause. Upon being discharged from the hospital on Monday, it was believed that my schedule would not have to be altered.  This morning, it is apparent that I must continue this hearing.  Please know that I sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by this delay.
