Last week I emailed the Plaintiff  the attached letter  to determine which witnesses and documents she intends to call or use at the hearing on Monday.Since the plaintiff has already litigated several nearly identical cases in other states,  as  counsel or plaintiff, I assumed she could respond to me in short order, but she has not. Also. I was informed by my co-counsel that the plaintiff posted on her web page that she was flying in to Jackson a mystery witness for the hearing.With the hearing now a week away, I believe having the plaintiff explain to the court and the parties ahead of time the extent of her testimonial and documentary proof would cause Monday’s proceedings to go more smoothly. Also, there are a number of motions filed and the court’s procedure for hearing them could bear on the presentation of proof.. Accordingly, I am requesting that you schedule a telephonic status conference with the parties that  hopefully would result in expediting, or at least clarifying, the proceedings on Monday.

    So he wants All the info to be given to him ahead of time ….could it be that they want to get together and discuss the proper “outcome” ahead of time?
    That what it sounds like to me.

    You know….like you can’t do that because you don’t have standing….That is not admissible in court because he has not been proven an expert….sound familiar?

    The Dems are in the midst of soul searching even if the press will not admit it. Hillary says she will NOT attend convention while Babs will not sing at Soebarkahs fundraiser. They are prescient and see the handwriting on the wall. Alea iacta est.

    Orly: You’re doing this right. Don’t give them any “game films” so to speak! Let the suckers sweat! They need to see what it feels like! Which means that Judge Coleman (may) be more honest than they like???!!

    Sounds like they are a little nervous to me, want to see who and what you have. They know the day of truth telling is on the horizon. It’s just a matter of time. Huge crowds are now attending meetings, all it takes is for the word to get out and after 3.5 years it’s now doing that. The momentum is gaining. He’s going to be sent to prison one day very soon.

    I thought by law you have to make all witnesses known and all evidence to give both sides equal access or it can be deemed a mis trial or evidence/witness will be inadmissable

    Clinique…I seriously doubt Orly will comment or be of any help to you needing advice on blog writing, she has more important things to do with her time…like expelliing Obama from office ASAP!
