So, is Greg Black going to do everything necessary that needs to be done in Indiana so that you can get the court in Arizona to enforce your “party invites”?

There will be additional work that he will have to perform himself if you’re going to have any chance of prevailing in Arizona.

Do you have an attorney lined up in Arizona since you aren’t licensed to practice there?

So many things you have to do and so little time.

What is most delightful is watching you work your big fat ass off and then finding out that all of that work was for naught.

It is going to be real entertaining when the case is taken away from Judge Reid since she apparently wanted the carnival to come to town.

    I think you are mistaken, according to Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure 30(h). Local counsel is required.

    The IP address is from downtown Phoenix, Arizona. I would be careful about stepping in Sheriff Arpaio’s back yard. I don’t think he liked your threats very much. Please take good care of yourself and don’t advertise your trip to Arizona. A lot of legal aliens and US citizens are behind bars there for a lot less. So, if you feel compelled to go there on Monday, don’t let them know you are coming.

    How exactly do you figure out who someone is from their IP number? All that can do is give you the approximate location. To actually find out who the person is, you would have to go to court with good reason (not liking what the person posted is not good reason) as to why the ISP should be compelled to release the information as to where the person actually lives.

    Well, with your logic Orly, why don’t you just walk into the White House and perform a citizen’s arrest of President Obama.

    You DO need local council to sponsor you in an action you take in Arizona.

    But go ahead and give it your best try. It should be fun watching you unravel. It’s not going to be as entertaining as when you show up for your hearing in Indiana and just when you get started, a call comes in for Judge Reid from a Federal judge telling her to stop the proceedings.

    a federal judge can go to prison for obstruction of justice as well. I do not believe that any Federal judge would be making any phone calls to a state Judge telling her to stop procedings, no federal judge will risk going to prison, particularly now, as Obama is behinf in the polls and obama regime might be over in 3 weeks

    What about judicial immunity? It protects judges who are making bench decisions even from criminal statutes.

    no official, including a judge does not have a 100% immunity
