Judge Reid stated that she will not cancel or postpone the trial, it will go on, as scheduled on the 22nd

At the conference I told Judge Reid that I will have to spend several thousand dollars to bring witnesses to trial. She stated that she will not postpone or cancel trial. Probably 5 times she told all 4 attorneys at the conference “see you on the 22nd”

While anything can happen in life, we saw what judge Carter did and we know that Chicago IL is next door to IN,  I still do not believe that she will pull something next week. I feel that she will conduct trial and will allow witness testimony.

    This is it guys, this may be the last time to stop this madness. Please help Orly out, she is doing the job of many, donate now, and pray for this to happen on the 22nd that the judge will hear everything, that light will shine into this darkness..Please help Orly now, she really needs us to back her in every way, so help by donating any amount, what every you can, this is it folks..God bless our nation.

    Is this a pre-trial hearing, or a trial with the judge making a ruling, or is it a trial with a jury deciding the outcome? ? ?

    This is absolutely marvelous news. I hope you call Obama to the stand first and, if he isn’t there, I hope will you ask for sanctions, a bench warrant for his arrest, or some other form of judicial punishment. If Obama does not show up, can you ask for a default judgment? I hope you have a motion ready to be presented to the judge justifying your request and a hearing on that issue alone. That would be huge!

    I wish I could be there in person, but I am looking forward to hearing how David brought down Goliath without even using a slingshot.

    Obama is not a defendant in this case, you don’t ak for a default when a witness does not show up

    Not a Defendant, I don’t know, but it’s sounds like a SMART MOVE, where you put him a position where about all he can do is be in “CONTEMPT of COURT”.

    Hasn’t he been on “CONTEMPT of our CONSTITUTION” for a long time now?
