   I don’t think Sheriff Joe really knows what to do with the results of his investigation.

   It seems that he didn’t forsee the media blackout that would occur.

   I think the blackout really baffles him.

   Maybe Sheriff Joe is afraid to testify under oath because he is afraid that another Corrupt Judge (like Malihi) will simply dismiss all of the evidence as “not probative” or something.

   Maybe Sheriff Joe wants to make sure that he gets the evidence before a judge that is not biased or corrupt.

   Maybe Sheriff Joes wants to get the evidence before a judge that he knows will weigh and consider all of the evidence very carefully.

   I don’t know how Sheriff Joe will manage to pull that off, because Honest Judges seem to be a rare comodity, but Sheriff Joe does have a lot of law enforcement experience. There might be a method to his madness. (I hope)

   Of course I can only speculate as to his motives.

   It does seem to me like the Cold Case Posse may have reached some kind of impasse or stuck point.

   I hope that doesn’t last for long.

   Time will tell.

   I am concerned. My husband and I was so excited when Sherriff Joe released his report. FINALLY! I thought to myself. But so far, all Sherriff Joe did is give a report. Why is he willing to present this info to the public but not in court? I don’t understand. He says he isn’t worried about politics and that he doesn’t do his job based on politics. But why is he acting like a politician? Is he being bribed? Is his family being threatened?
   Was he told he will go to prison if he says anymore?

   I really worry that he didn’t call you back, Dr. Taitz. That really, really worries me. I think you gave him a ton if research info for his report; he can’t pick up the phone?

   I just don’t know what to think right now. It is hard to keep giving him the benifits of the doubt.

   Don’t feel slighted by the lack of a response. The MCSO appears to be an equal opportunity ignorer.

   STLToday.com posted: “[Sheriff Joe Arpaio] must decide either to settle claims that his officers racially profiled Latinos in his trademark immigration patrols _ and overhaul his practices _ or take his chances at trial.”

   Well, let’s see where Sheriff Joe is… up I-19 and I-10, 180 miles from the border, then west on I-10 for 372 miles to Los Angeles. Now what race or tribe or tongue would one expect to find violating the immigration laws in that part of the country? Latinos, along with some Brazilians and Indians, plus the occasional U.S. citizen wanted for a crime and using a fake ID.

   So, what ethnic group is the MCSO to be prohibited from profiling? Russians? Arabs? Iranians? Vietnamese and Red Chinese? Yemenis and Somalis? Tamil Tigers from Sri Lanka? No, that would have to be Latinos, who make up most of his normal traffic stops because there are more of them than there are of everyone else put together.

   That proposal has the ring of La Raza about it, or was it posed by LULAC, or MEChA, or the Mexica Movement, or the Latin Catholic Church? Why are the promoters of illegal alien amnesty and open borders without restrictions and, in a few cases, legalization of street drugs, so much more influential in the making of our laws and the prosecution of their enemies than lawful U.S. citizens doing their 10% for their country?

   Haven’t any Anglos realized yet that their future overlords (Saudis, Chinese, and the European banksters) are inclined to discriminate against Anglos and in favor of members of their own quasi-slave labor force?

   Haven’t any U.S. citizens realized yet that the NWO types in Washington, D.C., regulate according to laws, rules, and principles which originated not with the U.S. Code of Laws, but with European Codes; which are founded not upon the U.S. Constitution, but on the royalist Constitutions of Europe; which accrue to the benefit of European banks and to the detriment of We the People; and which intend to restore the recalcitrant colonies back to their divinely rightful owners, the royalty of Western Europe. And I didn’t even mention Sharia-compliant finance and banking for corporations doing business with the Saudis, at a point in U.S. banking history when our bankers and financiers have no interest in our own U.S. laws, except to search out how to circumvent them.

    I am now wondering when Sheriff Joe is going to name the persons of interest in his investigation.

    During his first press conference Sheriff Joe said they had identified some persons of interest.

    I wonder, does Sheriff Joe even know one Judge or Magistrate who is willing to allow Sheriff Joe to obtain warrants or to bring these “persons of interest” in for questioning?

    Where is this investigation going?

    Are we just going to have an endless series of so called Press Conferences, where the Press is conspicuously absent?

    Why is Sheriff Joe so reluctant to cooperate with Orly Taitz and others who desperately need for him to testify?

    Somethings not right.

    Okay: also, can you plead the (5th) in court, to anything, especially, if you have your peers there to sit on the jury? Who know what’s right and wrong!

    And that smilie face with sun glasses (that I actually see on my screen and which I DID NOT put there) is making me wonder “how that got put on my post?” If this happens again, everyone know that I don’t have the capability to post with a smilie face with my unit!!!
