#1 priority for Joe Arpaio and evrybody else is to place the evidence before a judge. Arpaio never presented his report to Maricopa county District Attorney or Attorney General of Arizona or Secretary of state of Arizona. None of them will do a thing without an official report, without a criminal complaint. Even if Arpaio were to submit his report to any of them, we don’t know if any of them will do a thing. They might sit on his report for a year or do nothing at all.
Now the Chief Justice of MS assigned a special judge. This judge could dismiss this case without a hearing if he wanted to dismiss it of hand. He did not do that. He scheduled a hearing for April 16. This judge is willing to listen and he is in a conservative red state of MS. He can throw Obama of the ballot, he can allow me to file additional causes of action, such as civil RICO, where Obama can be convicted of criminal offenses. This might be our only opportunity to present the testimony before a judge before the November election. This should be the number one priority for law enforcement officers. Arpaio and Zullo need to testify and present their findings to the judge. Making money by selling books with Jerome Corsi and promoting Joseph Farah’s WND should be secondary, this should not be the number one priority. Please, confront Arpaio and Zullo during tomorrow’s press conference and demand that they present their evidence on April 16th to special judge R. Kenneth Coleman in Jackson MS. They should assign to the media circus with Corsi and WND a secondary role. After all, we know there is a complete blackout and censorship of the national media. National media not even mention either Corsi or Arpaio after the first press conference and they will continue the blackout until one judge kicks Obama of the ballot. Then, maybe, the national media will report as they will have to explain to the public, why Obama’s name is not on the ballot for the general election in the state of MS. That will get the ball rolling.

If Obama is bounced from state ballots, Romney wins, but lawless Obots riot and burn.
If the truth about Obama’s ineligibility and crimes are made public, and he is forced to step down, Romney wins, but Obots riot and burn.
If Romney beats Obama with him on all the state ballots, and none of his crimes are mentioned, Obots still riot and burn.

Orly. MAYBE the sheriff and Mr. Zulio need to be reminded about the Misprison of Felony law which, IMO, compels them to “report” to a higher authority IF they have “probable cause” to think felonies have been committed? Here’s the law — as I have copied it from another blog:
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Title 18 U.S.C. Chapter 1, § 4
I doubt that Fatboy will get off his fat ass and vote — the only redeeming thing I can think of for his existence. Gnats like him are only an annoyance not worthy of a response.

My belief is that Arpaio or Zullo, or both, WILL appear. They understand the gravity of this situation very well. I don’t think their frustration can be reigned in by even Corsi.
Let’s see what they have to say tomorrow at the press conference. I’m betting they have something completely new and devastating for old Barry-Boy, something the press CAN’T ignore!

Orly, also: remember how he just likes to “debate” you…? Well, maybe set out (in your opening statement that Tepper has a antagonistic reason why he’s there)??!
And let the judge know right off the bat that (maybe?) Tepper just wants to try to set you up, with any and all kinds of arguments and babbling lies, etc., that maybe has nothing to do with truth??!
I wouldn’t trust this guy for a second! Just think of anything you can do (legally) to be prepared to NOT allow Tepper to try any b.s. with you!! Think defensively and creatively!!
