IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT    HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

PLAINTIFF CIVIL ACTION NO. 251-12-107-CIV

DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF MISSISSIPPI, SECRETARY OF STATE OF MISSISSIPPI

ORDER

This matter came before the Court, by agreement of counsel, for the setting of a time and date for
the hearing of the above styled and numbered cause.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED  that this cause be, and it is hereby, set for hearing on April 16, 2012,
at 9:00a.m. in the Courthouse of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi  in
Jackson, MS.

The Clerk of this Court  is hereby ORDERED  to furnish  a true and correct copy of this ORDER to
counsel of record for the parties.

SO ORDERED, on this the 21st day ofMarch, 2012.

    This will be huge tomorrow!
    Many Congressmen are on record as ‘waiting’
    for this press conference before pursuing any Congressional action.
    All these efforts including Orly’s have accumulatively been essential to break the media logjam and defensive stronghold for their annointed Obama, but tomorrow I predict will finally be the tipping point where main media jumps off Obama’s bandwagon!
    The war of attrition status quo is listing Orly’s way!

    Hello Orly Dr.Taitz:

    I did what you asked and sent the Sheriff’s office a demand to appear.

    I don’t think it will work to just ask him. So the letter I sent told hiim that he had to appear, like your notice says, and i’m demanding it.
