this is what was forwarded to me:
a case was filed on October 25, 2012 by Liberty Legal Foundation against the Democratic party in Arizona. Four months after the case was filed, the judge issued an order threatening to dismiss the case if the Plaintiffs do not serve properly the defendant, Democratic party, with the complaint and summons

What does this mean? Liberty Legal Foundation is not following PROPER PROCEDURES?
I thought that was what everyone accuses you of? Are they frightened to serve the defendant(s)?
