Update, next hearing in Indiana is October 22. I am getting more details, my understanding that it will be an expedited trial on the issue of Declaratory relief and injunction

This is crazy. I am trying to figure, what is going on. I am doing this between cutting crowns and bridges for my patients.

We asked for expedited trial in Indiana. We asked to bifurcate the case and conduct trial on the issue of declaratory relief and injunctive relief and hear all other causes of action later.

We got a hearing on October 22. I am waiting for the actual order and the confirmation that this is indeed expedited trial on these 2 issues.

I have my CA state case before judge Sanders scheduled on the same day. Indiana is saying that the date is carved in stone, I will have to beg for Judge Sanders in CA to reschedule.

I will need all hands on deck and all the witnesses lined up. If Zullo nad Arpaio are not responding again, I personally am coming to AZ to slap them silly and drag them to IN.

I need people to contact all the witnesses and ask them to be there, this might be our only option to end this usurpation of the US Presidency and criminality and forgery. I will provide more info later. I will need any and all help I can get

    Wow, Orly! Another freakin’ circumstance created for you. Hang tough! And if you need some help with Sheriff Joe and Zullo, maybe they need to be brought to court by being hand-cuffed? lol. I know this isn’t funny, but I think you’re right about having to “get tough” with these two! Put collars and leashes on them and let the public see this! For a guy who is supposed to follow the law, Joe is not showing the public that he deserves to be re-elected!

    Please Mrs.Taitz, remind them that OUR CONSTITUTION is at stake here. And tell them what I told Sec. of State Gant : NO ONE…And I mean NO ONE is Above the Law!

    The sad part about of this whole mess, somebody has be acting like they are completely above the law for four almost years now, and we should do everything that we can, to put an abrupt stop to that kind of behavior.

    If we don’t it’s only going to get worse.

    We have less than a month now to get thing going right for the General Election.

    Way too much has gone CRIMINAL WRONG in a lot of our recent ELECTIONS. Let’s do our best to stop all the CRIMINAL WRONG doing connected with our Election System.
