What is going on? Why is the affidavit of Tim Adams hidden by the WND? Why is Arpaio doing a press conference, but is not testifying in court?

What is going on? Tim Adams worked for the registrar in HI and signed an affidavit that it was a matter of common knowledge there that Obama does not have a valid BC

I asked him for a certified copy and he wrote that WND has the only copy. The whole thing is strange. Why can’t he sign another copy, so I will submit it to court? Why an attorney for WND keeps an only copy under lock and key instead of giving it to me,  the only attorney, who is working in this area and submitting the evidence of fraud to courts.

Why is Arpaio doing an interview, but not willing to testify in court? Are they doing it all for publicity only or do they want justice to prevail?

Please, write to WND and demand that they release the affidavit of Tim Adams, demand that Arpaio or Zulo testify in court. I have  a hearing in MS scheduled shortly, there will be other cases. Without them appearing in court, it is just a show, just a moneymaker for a couple of people and nothing else.

Thank you for your response. I enjoyed watching your video where you talk about all the hooplah surrounding this and even scanned through “Discourse and Conflict” to get a little more info.
Your testimony is actually pretty big news! In the likely event that WND’s legal department won’t relinquish the original, would there be any other way to obtain another certified copy?  I certainly don’t wish to impose on you. Would you be willing to sign an identical document if I were to drive to Bowling Green and pay all related costs (notary, etc.)?

Thanks for your interest, but the original, legal document is currently at the offices of WND’s legal counsel. While they have it, I can attest that the document does exist, it was written up by myself and WNDs’ legal department, sent to me, I read the document for accuracy, had it notarized and signed it, and then returned it to the attorneys’ office for filing. I have received no compensation or other types of payment from WND for any of my activities.

nothing preventing you from signing another document like that
If this is a true statement, if indeed you as an employee of the registrar in HI found out that  just go to the notary and sign and notarize another copy, so I can submit it courts. What good is it for the document to seat in the draw of legal counsel of WND instead of being in front of judges hearing the case? This makes absolutely no sense.

    Well Personally I think this whole thing goes deeper then we know.
    Maybe obama has key people in place and have been for longer then hes been president.. to control our nukes and weapons defense… and Has Russia china Iran Syria afghan & Pakistan and North Korea all set to bomb hell out of us. And we wont be able to do a damn thing about it. I Presume the football can stop launches as well as set them off.

    Maybe they know a asteroid or comet is heading our way and going to hit DEC 21.. And don’t really give a shit what happens.. as it all changes soon.

    My Problem is this. obama must have a very powerful Ace up his sleeve to keep everyone silent on this but a few. And they seam to be dying.

    Something very big is up.. No idea what but something. Something only a few are privileged to know.

    This executive order Friday scares hell out of me. I do not like this at ALL.

    I tried my best, myself. I begged for people to help get the sheriff to do something about this in every county.Thanks to you posting a thread. I got one anonymous threatening phone call and I got 1 person to email me. And she said her sheriff was not on board.But will help any way she can :} So even tho twitter is full of people saying they will defend this country and constitution.. I really don’t think this will happen.. TO many wimps..to many armchair patriots.
    Am I the only one the secret service actually came and visited ?

    Orly.. Maybe put a link to that thread on front page??? about getting sheriffs in every county, atleast the ones willing to do something on notice we need them and now. If ever we needed the sheriff in the life of this country its right now. And they are not fairing to well.
    They too have become part of the problem.

    O well………………. guess one day we will all find out whats up. Maybe..

    It’s simple. In a press conference Arpaio can say whatever he wants. In court he is under oath. Big difference.

    The longer Sheriff Joe and his posse keeps dragging there feet, the lesser our chances are in getting the usurper out of the White House.

    Any evidences that anybody has in their possesion should be presented quickly as evidence to all forms of the media; youtube, facebook, etc.

    We are running out of TIME.

    The million dollar questions is WHAT ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF THAT KEEPS THEM FROM SPEAKING OUT ABOUT IT?

    My gut feeling is that it has something to do with Sept. 11, 2001. The usurper knows something about this event that is so damming to the American people, and the goverment, that he can manipulate the folks in Washington to do anything he wants them to so.

    William, Your idea is great…I personally contacted my sheriff before the election with all the same info that Sheriff Joe has brought up at his press conference. It was a joke and I took a retired Police Officer with me. The deputy listened politely and then I am sure threw everything in the trash. No return phone calls nothing. If anyone has contact info for the sheriff convention that just happened in NV, that may be a good place to start to get sheriffs that will actually do something.

    I have alot of the same thoughts as William Blasinggame about a big ace up the sleeve…….
    Everyone attacking us? Why? and is the rest of the world so evil? not sure it fits
    Doomsday scenario doesnt seem to fit since he is so divisive and arrogant..
    Maybe a threat already located inside the country.

    Ok….. So….think about this people… this is beyond a very bad dream where millions get killed. There is no way all this can be just some simple little plot by a hand full of simpletons like ayers and the rest of his commie mentors.
    Some how some way the media has got to tell the truth.. no matter how damn painful it is.
    They are worried about a fed investigation ? well Why don’t we make sure the fed that’s in power now.. Will not be investigating ANYONE as most everyone in high places of power will be going to prison for life and some will be put to death for High Treason.
    Can we get everyone together and on one day… go to every single news media in there town and basically show up by the thousands…. let them know we will protect them but only if they tell the truth.. Or .. they will see the same charges as the people in power that perpetrated this on the American people?? We have to do something .. and now.. not in a few months.. we do not have that much time.. something is going to happen very soon.. he has something up his sleeve and its not good..

    I agree with Mr Blasingame and Jim Fields up to a point.I think we will run out of time in or around july.It is past time that the people that call themselves patroits take a serious stand and let their voices be heard in opposition to the communist.Where people realize it or not,if you post on this site you are already booked by the feds they know where you are.No need to back up in your basement and shake like a coon dog trying to pass a pine cone.That will not win the war.

    Hmmm, seems like a very possible/plausible Breitbart repeat to me (the new editor has backed off the eligibility even tho Breitbart stated before his death that he had videos etc regarding the usurper).

    On a side note, I have evidence that Daddy Obama’s name is spelled differently(incorrectly?) on the forged bc (Barack) than on his own published writings (Barak).

    the problem with the state court hearings that it is very hard to enforce a subpoena for someone out of state to appear. that was the reason i needed letters rogatory
    next state is MS. It would be easy to enforce the subpoena against someone residing in this state, but not someone from another state
