   We don’t want Obama to be impeached by the RINOs in Congress! They wouldn’t do it anyway. Better yet, Obama can’t be impeached. According to constitutional law expert Dr. Edwin Vieira, if Obama is not a natural born citizen he is simply not eligible for “the Office of President” (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be “elected” by the voters, by the Electoral College, or by the House of Representatives. “Obama will be nothing but an usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because an usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.” And with his oath of office “being perjured from the beginning, Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped “Office of President” will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242. “Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4). In that case, some other public officials would have to arrest him—with physical force, if he would not go along quietly—in order to prevent him from continuing his imposture…. Just about everything that was done during his faux “tenure in office” by anyone connected with the Executive Branch of the General Government, and quite a bit done by the Legislative Branch and perhaps the Judicial Branch as well, would be arguably illegitimate and subject to being overturned when a constitutional President was finally installed in office. ”

   It is not possible to impeach an usurper because a usurper is not a legal President and does not fall within the same scope of law. He needs to be removed by other means.

   Don’t give a dime to any party, any contender, any official until they raised the issue and demand immediately to arrest and investigate the usurper and fraud.

   Romney and every contender who does not expose the criminal opponent IS the criminal’s accomplice.

   Therefore the election is not the answer nor the goal to focus on. Criminals are not merely not elected again. Criminals do not end their term at their office. Criminals end their term in prison.

   Embarrass each and every official at each and every gathering. The world does know everything. Russia does know everything. English.pravda.ru did publish extensive coverage of our crisis here and here.

   Isn’t it the high time for America to realize that we are the last who noticed that we soiled our pants?!!

   Isn’t Obama actually claiming dual titles:
   1. Usurper (gainer and holder of Office of Presidency through illegal acts, yet to be legally recognized)
   2. Legally holder of Office of Presidency (by way of yet to be disclosed and recognized evidences of fraud- aided and abedded by Dems.)

   Seems to me Obama is VERY impeachable, and when impeached by way of legally recognized fraud evidences- then will be legally recognized as a fraudulent non-president usurper for the entire term he ‘served’ and every and all documents he signed should be null and void!

   We all need to double-down:
   1. Continued $$$ support for Orly Taitz’s battle of Obama fraud at the courts level
   2. Get behind and demand support for Obama Impeachment resolution!!!!!
   (I got called out here before when I called it
   ‘Impeachment resolution’, actually it’s regarding Obama initiating military action into Libya w/o
   Congressional approval that has impeachment ramifications, I think its actual # is
   H.Con.Res.107- 2012 Congress, although it’s been jostled around and made difficult to find on purpose.
   Please write your Congressmen to support this- I sure have!

    When Dr. Ron Paul is cheated and defrauded his rightful place, as President of The United States of America the likelihood that America recovers will not be possible, the window closes we had our last chance before the culling. So I ask, is it voter willful ignorance that hammered the last nail that destroyed our Republic, Due process, Bill of Rights and Constitution? Or was it the same New World Order banks funding mittens and barry?

    Well, I think that Dr Vieire is correct! He says that Obama can’t be impeached…as he’s NOT a legitimate president! Therefore, the only real remedy is to have him arrested! This will then make all of his laws he’s signed become NULL AND VOID!!! And Dr Vieire is a constitutional Lawyer!
