   obama’s exec order, National Defense Resources Preparedness signed 3/16/12, is here on White House website:

   This looks extremely sinister. Total control by obama and his appointees. I fear an excuse will be found or generated to use it to stop or override the election in Nov.

   Reading this EO makes me very scared.

   He is fearful that his time is short
   and doing everything possible as fast
   as he can before the curtain falls on
   his act as counterfeit president.

   Americans REALLY have to rise up in
   a revolt. I am not saying guns and
   bullets.. I am saying an onslaught
   of humanity hitting the streets of
   the D.C. government buildings with signs
   and banners and bullhorns.

   No, do not duplicate the so-called
   OCCUPIERS. They are crude and a rag-tag
   group of hillbillies and rednecks.

   I am saying people such as the military
   veterans, the professionals, the tea party
   organizers and members, mechanics,
   teachers, journalists who are not bought,
   the educated and the everyday citizen
   who may not have a high school diploma,
   but who is aware of what is going down
   around them, and won’t take it anymore.

   There are thousands and thousands of
   people who are totally and completely
   ready and willing to go against this
   dictatorship. All they need is someone
   to organize and inspire, and be willing
   to put up with some discomfort for a week
   or so.

   It has to be those who are healthy and
   financially able to make the trip,
   live in a hotel room, and stand on their
   feet for hours holding banners and signs,
   giving an occasional motivating speech,
   and being altogether vociferous in their demands.

   The best choice ..maybe a retired general as leader of the movement to take back America
   and pursue the removal of the corrupt
   individuals who are leeches and traitors.

   It is WE who are their employers
   and they are the employees. It would
   follow that their pink slips would
   be their tickets to prison.

   Sounds simple to me. Spring is almost here,
   and I think this was in the plan a whole year
   ago, but fell through the rabbit hole.

   Things have gotten worse in 12 months.
   Think what another few months will do
   and if he is permitted by ‘we the people’
   to continue his anarchy against us, we
   only deserve what we get. Other
   countries have taken back their government,
   and it wasn’t pretty when words did not
   do the job. There was violence but~~ it
   worked.

   As Doris Day sang, “Que sera sera.”

    ALL EXECUTIVE ORDERS ARE ILLEGAL, if you read The Constitution you will see in Article II Sections 1. – 4 — that the POTUS powers are few –

    The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

    He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.

    The President shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.
    Section 3.

    He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.
    Section 4.

    The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. NO WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES THE POTUS HAVE THE RIGHT TO ISSUE EXECUTIVE ORDERS AS LAW. THIS IS DICTATORSHIP AND IS ILLEGAL AS THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. — ONLY CONGRESS CAN WRITE LEGISLATION AND THE POTUS SIGNS OFF ON IT. THE JUDICIARY UPHOLDS IT AND THE POTUS THEN INSURES THAT THE LAW IS CARRIED OUT. CONGRESS CAN ONLY PASS THOSE LAWS WHICH DO NOT CONFLICT WITH THE CONSTITUTION. — WHAT BHO HAS DONE IS TREASON.

    Read it some more….with this obama can seize and procure anything, from sources public of private citizens if he declares he wants it, even just to stockpile it or sell it, with total control and authority to confiscate, procure, aquire, and all those other fancy words he uses for taking total control over all food, animals(your dog), livestock(your yard chickens or cows), water resources, farm equipment, transportation (your car)…if he wants it they’ll just take it!!!

    Say good-bye to illegal search and seizure! With this so called “Defense Act,” no one has rights anymore.

    obama claims in hid “defense act” alleges that the Constitution grants him the authority to do this…

    This “defense Act” from obama totally throws away all your Constitutional rights and protections. This “defense act” also goes on to say now prior force, law, etc. can override any of these controls he hereby is taking.

    When the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff joins with the usurper in saying that OUR CONGRESS is irrelevant and they, aka Obama and the Joint Chief of Staff Chariman will take their orders from the United Nations when I comes to invading sovereign nations which have NOT attacked US; DON’T look to get any Constitutional support from our Military. WHERE, then, does anyone think the power to remove the traitors from our Capital will come from?

    WHY are the individual STATES not exerting their Constitutional authority by nullifying illegal, unconstitutional edicts from the usurper administration?

    Yea, hehehe, so the wanna be King Big B. O. wants to delete the free enterprise system and reduce we peasants to perpetual serfdom, right along the lines of Agenda 21 thru martial law via executive order??? So, if Martial law is by chance actually enforced, don’t expect your vote to ‘make a difference’ when election day comes. hehe, I don’t think that the DHS/FEMA has gotten voting booths installed in their detention facilities as of yet. Yet, their still might be a slight chance that a third one is in line to wrap up what Baby Bush and B. O. has nearly accomplished. Yea, the third one is always a charm. By having Big O. elected as occupant of the White House has only proven that a fairly large amount of American voters are willing to ignore their own U.S. Constitution in desparation, and are willing to gamble theirs and our remaining rights/ freedoms away in the coming election. The sad part is, that it’s tolerated by the rest.

    After the DHS put out the report a few yrs back that TEA PARTY MEMBERS could be Domestic Terrorists (Leaked by the Missouri Sheriffs Dept.) Then Pres.Bush put together The Council of Governors… These Governors Represent each of the FEMA Regions… Makes sense why FEMA Directives would HAVE TO Go through The PRESIDENT in case of a National Emergency OR MARTIAL LAW…

    Orly: I’ve sent this page (along with 3 other pages) to alumni, nationwide. And this also will include our state legislature, as well.

    This past Tuesday/Wednesday, I sent the state legislature the Globe front cover, so they could get a real good look at what another Person, Sheriff Joe, has ALSO confirmed what you have found.

    And to have the Globe publish this NATIONWIDE is really dynamite!!! And this (other person) would (also) add credence to what you’ve been saying now for over (3) years!

    So I would think that NOW…others would bring themselves to finally realize that “MAYBE” THERE (“IS!”) SOMETHING going on that they need to finally pay attention to!! And this WILL bring OUR cause into the “open” for all to see and fully understand!

    Where is Pelosi’s outrage that she showered on Bush- Pelosi was in charge of vetting Obama’s eligibility and she looked the other way and she keeps looking the other way on all of Obama crimes- Pelosi should be charged with aiding this Felony-
