Why did take 6 months to confirm the info that I forwarded to sheriff Arpaio, why isn’t he forwarding it to the DA, AG and Sec of State with the demand to remove Obama from the ballot?

Six (6) month investigation and still nothing of real substance has been done about the usurper in the White House. Sheriff Joe should have submitted his case to the DA and the AG the second the press conference was over. For that matter, he should have presented his case to the DA and the AG weeks before the press conference. Well, maybe he’s not SERIOUS about what he’s saying. TIME IS RUNNING OUT, Joe. DO IT NOW!!!!! |

This is just my opinion, but I honestly think Sheriff Joe doesn’t know where to go from here with this information.
The FBI and Congress won’t touch it with a ten foot pole.
Who else can he find that will criminally prosecute or issue arrest warrants?

I’m used to hearing things like “We can’t comment on the evidence because it’s in the hands of the criminal justice system.”
Instead, what we’re hearing is, “It’s not in the hands of the criminal justice system, but you can buy the report for $10.”
It sounds very fishy to me.

Dear Orly: as predicted, Sheriff Arpaio is on the same team as Donald Trump. His own.
Trump claims to have funded a major investigation in Hawaii, last April! He sent “investigators”. He promised “explosive findings”. Since then? Nothing. Not a word. Not a document. Not one explosion. Zero.
Arpaio used all your work, largely without giving credit. WND and Jerome Corsi PhD got all the credit. Now that the splash has been made, the pool is quiet. The Sheriff got another press conference, Corsi sold more books, and everything is as it was before. Only Pravda (of all things) gave it heavy promotion. That tells you something.
Why else would The Donald be sitting on his “investigation”?
Why else would Arpaio refuse to honor your subpoena?
They are in it for themselves, and the publicity your diligent work gives them.
Sheriff Arpaio knows exactly how to forward his reports to the DA.
YOU are the one we trust, Orly. These other people serve other interests. We would be naive to imagine otherwise.

Sheriff Joe has a deal with WND to promote books in exchange for positive press during his legal problems. He’s not REALLY interested in the president’s eligibility. He ignored your subpoena which was a golden opportunity to state his case but he blew it off.
He’s not a good guy. Forget him. Quit wasting your efforts.

Isn’t the goal to use Obama fraud evidence to keep him off ballots skipping a basic procedure in law? Shouldn’t concerned individuals concentrate on flooding their resident DA’s and AG’s with demands that this Obama crime has been committed?
It’s been only 2 weeks since Arpaio’s pc but he sure lacked clarity and vision as to what to do now. Arpaio is clearly beaten up by Obama and DOJ and media assaults, someone else needs to take the ball to the proper avenues.
Could you create packages of combined evidence that us concerned ‘helpers’ could submit to DA’s in our own areas? I’m no lawyer obviously
but just searching for ways to assist.

I don’t think Orly’s statement can be dismissed after what we’ve all witnessed over the last 4 years starting with 0bumm0’s campaign operatives around the country, Congress, majority of the media, and all court cases beginning with Berg’s.
Recently I spent some time jousting with a good number of members on a couple 0b0t sites. I did play somewhat loose with them in trying to understand what their reasons were for super-gluing their lips to 0bumm0’s butt. What I came to understand besides them being in a complete “cover-up for 0bumm0” mode, which itself speaks to the fact they dont believe 0bumm0 is telling the truth about his birth story, there is another reason, sinister in nature, ulterior motive for what their doing. I won’t give any details on it now, only to say it was something I was asked to do to see if I was seeing the same thing some others were.
Ever read the book or watched the movie: Nineteen Eighty-Four? I swear at times being on those 0b0t sites I felt like Winston. Couple of them that run those sites would be perfect stand-ins for O’Brien at the Minsitry of Love. Big Brother rules among them.

Yes, good question. Arpaio simply failed to follow through so far on this matter. He should have done as you asked in your question and transmit the information he found to the DA, AG and Secretary of State with the demand to access his original birth certificate in Hawaii and to put it to the test by several experts; if the birth certificate in Hawaii is also a forgery, then to proceed with removing Obama from the ballot and prosecute him ASAP.
The problem is that Obama is Emperor Obama, he is simply untouchable!! The media, the judges including the Supreme Court of the USA judges, and more, all conspire to shield Obama of any thorough assessment on this birth certificate!!!

It is difficult to seperate fact from fiction so i have gone back into the survival mode.I did not buy any of the Gobal tabaloids as my past experience told me less than 1/2 % of what they print can be proven.At this point i do not have any confidence in anything and becoming more difficult as the days come and go.As i said i am in complete in survival mode and i think any who likes to breath will do the same

The Sheriff said they have more proof that they did not elaborate on. give him time. He has as much as said congress should take the info and run with it. I believe he is tightening up his case. give him time. Maybe if a certain person goes to AZ, The sheriff is authorized by law to arrest him.

after Sheriff submits the case to the DA, DA needs to prepare it to submit to the judge, than the judge needs to review it

As I stated before his press conference, Arpaio is a man of integrity and honesty. I always believed in him. He certainly surprised most by what came out during that conference, by doing the right thing with great courage.
From the looks of what they put together, the cold case posse and Arpaio are very methodical and clear with their approach. You can bet that there will be much more to come soon from the criminal investigation team that they have transferred the evidence too.
I know it may be frustrating, but I think they are holding their cards close to their chests so that the “enemy” , which is comprised of Obama, Holder, Axelrod, etc, do not get their noses and hands on the “hot” evidence, and muddy the waters further, before the good guys are through with it.
Arpaio probably believed what he released on March 1st would be covered and then investigated, finally, by the press, but was set back by their silence. So there is probably a bit of natural confusion on his next step.
He WILL make the right decisions soon. Please don’t make him an enemy. He is one of the only friends we have right now with power!

I agree with Ro that Arpaio may be delaying to “tighten up his case.” He stated that he has interviewed many people and that he has more evidence in the eligibility matter that he has not yet revealed. I am hoping that the Sheriff wants to make an airtight case that Obama will be unable to weasel his way out of. If Arpaio acts prematurely, it may jeopardize the results that we want–Obama out of power and in prison.

The Consitution says that the only way to remove a sitting president is through impeachment. But, that does not prevent criminal or civil action after he is removed from office even if it is by natural means by an election.
As soon as he is a civilian again, he can be brought up on charges.
