Was my pleadings and checks sent to MS intentionally delayed until todays primary?

intentionally delayed?

Orly did someone at the Post Office commit a crime by purposefully delaying the delivery of your time sensitive Priority Certified mail package?

Answer:
I can’t say for sure, however it is really suspicious. I sent the pleadings and checks by priority certified mail last Monday. Regular mail within the US should take about 3 days. Priority certified mail should go only one or two days. There should have been notations of it going through the sorting facility in CA and along the  route. It took 8 days to get to the sorting facility at Jackson MS, it will be in court tomorrow. There were no notations of it going through any facilities. It just suddenly appeared in Jackson MS 8 days later out of nowhere. My guess, someone kept it somewhere. Question: who and where?
Finally my Priority Certified mail package with pleadings and checks was found in Jackson MS, 8 days after it was mailed. It appeared on the day of the Primary election

You know they can lift fingerprints off the package – then run it thru the fbi crime lab or NCIS – they do a better job
All joking aside who ever “delivered” it is the culprit OR knows who the culprit(s) are

    GO Get ‘Em Doc !!!!

Because we are contending with the lowest kind of criminals – traitors – we must expect the lowest kind of crimes against ourselves and the most crucial items of our work.

When I do something in opposition to the usurpation that I consider important (such as sending a registered letter, return receipt required), I have come to expect inexplicable opposition from no visible human source. In the fall of 2008, I too had a “temporarily misplaced” certified letter to a government authority.

I have learned to send such mail, wherever possible, to a known faithful Constitutionalist/patriot in that geographical area who will hand deliver my legal documents to the responsible person, lest they be “lost en route.”

It just happens too often now to pretend that mail is not being intercepted.

I ran into a different Obot tactic last night.

At a town hall meeting, I challenged a Congressman to support and defend the Constitution, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, and I gave him some printed articles and a CD full of documents. I expected to be approached by attendees after the meeting, and I had handouts at the ready.

BUT an Obot, vigorously and loudly claiming to be a proponent of impeaching Mr. Obama, latched onto me like a bulldog on britches. He kept anyone else from speaking to me. As the last people were leaving, he said, “I’m sorry I took all of your time,” and left. If only I could have put him on “ignore”.

Orly you may find it helpful to know the Post Office has it’s own internal police force. Postal Inspectors have a tremendous amount of authority when dealing with issues involving U.S. Mail.

Registered mail is far less likely to be delayed or lost than even priority certified mail.

Certified Priority mail does not take priority over registered mail and while each item is tracked individually, it is generally no more secure than regular mail. Sender and recipient information may be equally visible to general postal workers as is regular mail. With the exception of some priority flat mail shipped in bags, this information is visible on packages and boxes by private contractors such as tractor trailer drivers who routinely load and unload rolling mail containers on and off their trailers at postal loading docks and airmail facilities.

Tractor trailers and airmail containers are physically sealed and unsealed by authorized postal personnel. If a seal is broken at any time or any place by an unauthorized person, postal inspectors will investigate.

Registered mail is subject to a stringent chain of custody, assigned top priority, much more secure and more private. It is not permitted to be left unattended without being secured under lock and key. Specially authorized postal employees process it separately from all other classifications of mail under secure conditions. The sender and recipient information is visible to far fewer persons than regular mail. These heightened security and privacy measures are similarly maintained during transit.

Registered mail has the added advantage of a fully accountable chain of custody requiring the date, time and signature of each person entrusted to take possession of registered mail from the time the sender mails it, until it is properly delivered.

If you were to send the package with a smart phone inside you could then GPS track your delivery. Just a crazy thought.

OK, I just checked and they sell trackers for packages. They call them asset trackers. I saw them at brickhousesecurity dot com. Perhaps this would be a way to prove that postal crimes are being committed and provide documented evidence.
