Cold Case Possee,
On 3 /13/12, I called 602 876-1801, talked with a very helpful telephone receptionist, stated my question and she advised me to contact you. She gave me your email address, I hope that I have written it down correctly.
 
My Question to Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Possee is as follows:
“Will Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Possee be submitting a ‘Criminal Complaint’ to Maricopa County District Attorney Bill Montgomery and Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne regarding its findings as per its investigation of Barack Obama., his Birth Certificate, etc.,  as described at the Cold Case Possee Press Release/News Internet Presentation ?”.
 
It is very important to move the investigation findings of the Cold Case Possee into the archives of Legal Recordation as then all sworn affidational information becomes foundational in reference for the legal pursuits of others in regard to this subject matter.
 
Barack Obama is a Liar and Deceiver and should never be elevated above this, surely he should never be addressed as President of the United States because he achieved this Office via his Lies and Deceptions presented to the US Voting Public.

Isn’t it their AZ constitutional duty?
