Very important! New line of attack! I need volunteers to collect signatures in these 6 red states to impanel grand jury and try Obama for elections fraud, use of forged docs and try his accomplices for treason. States of KS, NM, NV, ND, NE, OK

Six states have laws allowing citizens to impanel grand juries through the process of collecting signatures on petitions: Kansas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada and Oklahoma.[1] The most famous citizen-initiated grand jury in recent times was formed in Oklahoma after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 168 people. The citizens who collected signatures to impanel a grand jury in this case believed that Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols had been part of a wider conspiracy and that the government had not done enough to investigate.

Number of signatures required by law to compel the summoning of a grand jury under the provisions of KSA 22- 3001

I have been subscribing to many congresspersons on Facebook and asking them this:

Congresswoman, or one of your aids, could you please point me to the evidence, a youtube video of proceedings or some sort of affidavit or write up of the person or procedure used to verify the validity of the president’s documents? I hate to beat a dead horse but I really want to put this behind me, I just cannot find anything except a press conference. After what Sheriff Joe’s posse and team of hundreds of experts have testified to, all the missing records too, I am very concerned. Thank you for your oath to serve. second post: To anyone else who can help I will come back to this thread and check for updates. Much appreciated!

Then often I get blocked right away, they are censoring the taxpaying Americans. I have started keeping track of when and where I post and I call the congressperson’s office and complain, threaten an ethics probe. And I will be filing a complaint on ethics and breech of oath of office.

Kansas isn’t having a democratic primary this year, so any challenge will have to be after they certify Obama as the nominee.

There wouldn’t be grounds for anything relating to “forgery” as I’m pretty sure he hasn’t been required to turn any paperwork in the state.

And until he’s actually on the ballot, there would be no grounds for elections fraud.

    Here’s what I got when I yahoo’d it :

No 2012 Presidential Primary for Kansas?
It is likely that, for the fourth consecutive Presidential Election cycle, the state of Kansas will not have a primary race in its state. In order to cut costs in a state that is struggling under a half-billion dollars of red ink, Republican Secretary of State Kris Korbach has created another piece of legislation to remove the state from the Presidential primary process, freeing it from costs that could total more than $2 million dollars.

It had been assured since the early days of the election that Dole would be the GOP nominee, so Kansas removed itself from the process, which had been in place since 1980. The state has skipped offering a primary in every election since 1996, citing high costs as defense of the measure when some state lawmakers have argued in favor of renewing the primary process in the state

you can remove him from the ballot in general election, you can present a criminal complaint to the grand jury at any time. Criminal is a criminal

Didn’t Rev Manning already do a grand jury or was it just a mock jury? What would be the difference as far as formal legality?

Also, Dr. Taitz, if you win your lawsuit against Damon Dunn, would you then drop your candidacy for Senator and pursue SOS position?

too many hypotheticals. Both positions are very important. We’ll have to wait and see and play it by ear

This is so great! Some populations in some
counties are so small, the 100 + The 2% will only be 200 or so signatures. Get friends together and do many counties in each state.
    Yes, start making the petitions!
