I need your help in urging Arpaio to provide a sworn testimony so I can win in court

Please, listen to Arpaio’s interview in the link above. He never submitted his report to any authorities: he is saying that he does not want to put them in an uncomfortable position, so he is saying that the Maricopa county DA and Attorney General of Arizona and governor Brewer are known establishment puppets, who will do nothing, so what’s the point? without him submiting his report to the DA and AG there is no chance of his report ever being acted upon by any judge.
As you can see, I was right all along. In terms of substance Arpaio confirmed everything I’ve submitted to courts for the last three and a half years. I was vindicated on substance.
Unfortunately Arpaio chose not to testify in court under penalty of perjury, when I subpoenaed him in GA. He used his attorney to send me a letter, saying that it is burdensome for him to go to Georgia. He opted instead for a press conference, which promoted Joe Farah WND, Jerry Corsi and Floyd Brown (Western center for journalism), however the press conference is of limited value in courts, as it is not in court transcripts and not under penalty of perjury.
Please, contact Arpaio and urge him to cooperate, so there is some value to his comclusions. I need a sworn affidavit. I am the only licensed attorney, who is pursuing in court all of the evidence that he confirmed. There were some forty attorneys, who worked in this arena. 38 fell by the wayside, they did not have the strength of character, the courage to continue. At this time aside from myself there is only one other licensed attorney conducting eligibility cases: Van Irion, however he is scared to even touch any of the evidence of forgery and Social Security fraud. He filed 3 cases in different jurisdictions based only on definition of natural born. Those cases were filed against the Democrat party. It is my understanding that the Democrat party removed them from state courts to the Federal court, where Obama and federal government control the show. I believe all 3 of them will be joined and they can be easily dismissed, as they contain only theoretical interpretation of natural born and no hard facts, no evidence in relation to the birth certificate forgery.
So, after four years and some 40 attorneys trying I am the only licensed attorney leading the fight in courts in relation to all of the evidence of forgery and the Social Security fraud, which was confirmed by Arpaio. This is an extremely tough battle. So many fell. I really need your support to continue the fight and win. We have a strong case in MS, an upcoming strong case in IN, two cases in the District of Columbia and I am preparing a case for the Supreme court in GA. You’ve seen bloggers starting organizations like Birther Summit that collected funds and crushed and burned, Article2 Legal Defense funds and Article2Superpac that collected funds and got nowhere.
With me you see a proven leader, who led this fight for nearly four years. You know that when you donate to my work, I will not brake, I will not crash and burn. You know, I will continue the fight until I will find one honest judge, who will rule that the usurper Obama cannot be our President, who will find him guilty of elections fraud. I cannot win this fight alone. Every filing means thousands of dollars in fees and travel costs. I need your support to continue this fight. Keep in mind: if Obama is allowed in the White House the second time around, the terror and lawlessness will know no limits. You’ve seen nothing yet. Our corrupt establishment in Congress will do nothing, they are a part of the problem. In his press conference, at one particular time, Arpaio confirmed that he even has people ready to make sworn testimonies on various facts found in his posse.
Ask AGAIN Arpaio and you should surely get from him at least a sworn testimony, as he did what he wanted, a press conference presenting his posse’s facts.

Arpaio said his investigation is ongoing and has been upgraded to a criminal investigation with a “person of interest” as a target.
The good sheriff should submit all evidence to some state or federal grand jury; But I would give him a little more time.

From Sheriff Joe’s news conference, I got the impression that the investigation may be continueing and that he was reviewing the next step of making a determination of where to submit his findings of probable cause.

Could you please explain how a Subpoena works? I thought you must show up in court if you receive one, especially for a case like this. But to have a lawyer send a note that it’s burdensome for their client is a weak excuse.

Here is what I am doing to get the word out on this issue: I posted on Kathleen Parker’s facebook question to her readers about civility. I am posting these sorts of things around high traffic facebook pages –
3/12/12 to Kathleen Parker Kathleen, what if someone in the President’s organization committed two felonies and his documents really are forged? Then there are good military men who have gone to jail over this and many others who were discharged. We have not just Sheriff Arpaio that suspects this but literally hundreds of document experts around the world who concur. Shouldn’t this be something that the president or his attorney should address? Formally in a court of law? Shouldn’t this be something we Americans can discuss civilly? My son soon will take such an oath to uphold the constitution and I, as an American taxpayer, would really like to know. Why is that something that we are incapable of speaking about civilly? Why do my liberal friends call me racist and stupid when I raise such a concern? Why does the press stifle this issue?

People he is ONE man, one good law man, as you are ONE good patriot, Orly. We must go grassroots. We must find other military moms like me and others from service industry willing to take up the fight and have a rally. People from OATH KEEPERS ORGANIZATION. PEOPLE FROM MOTHERS AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. DO YOU KNOW OTHER SYMPATHETIC GROUPS? Let’s organize in our cities, go enmasse to Brewer or your governer, to DC to town halls where our officials already HAVE MEDIA COVERAGE and stand up together and ask for this civilly as taxpaying americans who are serving under this pres or have loved ones who are serving. HOW CAN THE MEDIA IGNORE THAT don’t answer.
Our tea parties must start organizing such things, set up meetings one on one with our elected officials but BRING A DOZEN ALONG. and every chance we must remind them they took an oath of office on our behalf.

Mrs. Taitz, I emailed Mr. Corsi and asked him about signing a Sworn Afidavit along with Mr. Zullo to help me with my complaint I filed with my Secretary of State.

Go Slow Joe Arpaio has had SIX MONTHS to think about what to do next. Six months and he doesn’t know yet?
There is only one thing to do IF you’re serious. Officially forward your findings to your superiors.
But he won’t do that. His country is at stake, but he won’t do that.
Was he expecting the press to do start the snowball rolling for him? Ain’t never going to happen.

Prediction: You know what Joe’s going to do with the findings of his cold case posse? Let it grow cold.
Watch the official INaction Arpaio takes with those findings. Arpaio will do nothing LEGAL or OFFICIAL with them. Only press conferences and personal appearances. But nothing OFFICIAL, like filing a legal report with the District Attorney, or testifying under oath in a court of law, or anything else of consequence.

The most damaging element of this pursuit is when the opposition methodically allows access to higher courts and greater authorities. It would be worthy of little media coverage at lower levels. However, when a case reaches a high level as it did in Georgia; and then is systematically shot down; (irrespective of state laws for review and practice)Jane and John Doe do not know of the bogus nature of the dismissal and then become reassured of their uninformed belief and that it is then “proof positive” that anything relating to this issue must not be of accurate basis. The truth always resides in the results!

I have determined from reading hundreds of blogs that everyone KNOWS the real deal and nothing gets done ! I believe that there is an enormous amount of power behind his venue. If you stir to long something happens. The judge in Ga. turned on us but they recieved contracts for utilities ? I guess there was to much media coverage to make him disappear or die of natural causes. Think about that….
