Here is the docket for Bennie Jerome edwards. I need to know how much of his 3 y. sentence did he serve? Was there a quid pro quo?

Benny Jerome Edwards

see the file, he was supposed to be in prison till September of 2008. Ususally with criminal files you see the follow up: how much was served, when one was released. The follow up is missing.

I need someone to find this man and interview him. I need someone to go to the US attorneys’ office and Federal court in Honolulu and get info: how much did this man serve? where? Did he serve in Honolulu, in Columbus GA or in Chicago? Why is Obama’s name is listed in national databases at the same address in at 505 Farr rd in Columbus GA, as Bennie Jerome Edwards?

The only Bennie Jerome Edwards phone number was found with the 773 area, which is Chicago, however it could be a mistake as 774 is GA

We need to find this person. Keep in mind, it might be a dead end, but

    You don’t know what “SUPERVISED RELEASE” means?

    Probation. He served no time in prison.

    What quid pro quo? He was sentenced in 2005, for 37 months. His sentence was completed before the 2008 election.

    there was only a temporary supervised release for him to go to his mother’s funeral in GA

    His sentence was supervised release. He was sentenced after the November trip to Georgia.

    no, his sentence was 37 months in prison and 3 years probation afterwards

    Okay, I see it now. So he probably did two years in prison, then goes to Georgia.

    See what you can find on his wife Diane Edwards. Was she perhaps employed at the hospital at the time of BJE’s arrest?
