More evidence of criminal cover up in HI, Judge Nishimura denied the request for the long form birth certificate for Virginia Sunahara

More and more people are waking up and realizing that they were wrong in attacking me. From 2008 I counted over 40 attorneys, who attempted to crack the ObamaForgeryGate. Most of them tried one or two cases, crashed and burned and it was the end of their involvement.

Some people thought that if they hire some expensive attorneys, they will be more successful, than I was. Now they are realizing, how wrong they were.

One gentleman, Mr. Wolf, hired 2 attorneys with 40 years of experience, attempting to get Obama’s original BC in HI. They got zero results.

Mr. Kerchner hired two attorneys in PA, got zero results

Reportedly GA attorney Mark Hattfield was paid $10,000, he brought a very limited case and zero results.

From May of last year I filed demands for information under the freedom of information act. I demanded info on both Obama and Virginia Sunahara, who was born the same day as Obama and who passed away a day later. For nearly a year I was denied this info. I flew to Hi 5 times, I served the health department with a federal subpoena, they refused to provide info on either Obama or Sunahara.

Recently a local attorney was hired to get Sunahara’s long form ID and he was sent away with nothing. I don ‘t know how much he was paid.

Only completely brain dead people are not realizing by now that the reason Hawaii health department is not releasing this information, is because they know, that forgery was committed, that if the books are opened, director of health Fuddy, Registrar Onaka, deputy attorney general Nagamine will be getting a life in prison at least for being accomplishes to the biggest case of elections fraud, forgery and treason in US history.

This is the reason, why the information is not being released. You can hire Perry Mason, you can hire Alan Dershovitz, Hawaii will not voluntarily release the information, as they know it incriminates them.

Similarly, I subpoenaed sheriff Arpaio to testify in GA. He did not discover any new information, everything he talked about in the press conference, is the information I submitted to courts and authorities for the last three years, but his testimony under oath in open court could help.

Don’t get me wrong, I am happy he confirmed my findings in a press conference.  Unfortunately, there is very little value to a press conference. During press conference neither Arpaio nor Mike Zullo were under oath, they were not in a court of law, there is no court transcript. Because of all of the above, there is very little value in this press conference from a legal stand point, as the courts give very little weight to just a press conference, which was not done in a court of law under the penalty of perjury. So, the end result, is that WND, Jerry Corsi and Floyd Brown(he calls himself Western Center for Journalism) got some promotion and raised some money, but the courts and elections commissions will give it very little weight. I wish Arpaio would have agreed to testify in court, when I subpoenaed him. Well, let’s hope he or someone from his department will testify next time.

On the other hand, I worked 24/7/365 for the last 4 years and was able to achieve things, that nobody else achieved. For the first time in US history I was able to issue a valid subpoena for the sitting President to appear in court and provide valid certified copies of his identification papers.   For the first time in US history I was able to bring to court and enter into evidence testimony of witnesses, of experts, who testified that the sitting US President is using a stolen Social Security number, a forged birth certificate and a name that is not legally his. I continue bringing cases to courts around the country, to conservative jurisdictions and sooner or later I hope to find one honest judge.

    Are her parents alive?
    Do they have a copy of the birth certificate? Would they get a copy of it for you? How could a court deny giving her birth certificate to her own parents? See if you can get them in on this…

    You said a millionaire offered to run an add for you,I assume it is for your campaign but if not ,how about words in the ad along the lines of “looking for one US judge who is not corrupt to hear crime of the planet”. Follow with your contact number. If no responses it tells/confirms what we already suspect. If someone does step up to the plate there may be hope in saving this once great nation. What do you think?

    I believe It’s SUNAHARA’s brother who wants his deceased baby sister’s birth certificate. I believe the reason for wanting it, is because the BC certificate’s number is the same number that Obama used on his forged long form BC. His baby sister died I believe one day after birth. The brother didn’t know anything about the number discrepancy until it was brought to his attention, after Obama released the forged BC. According to the law, he has legal rights to obtain it but because of the corruption in HI they won’t give it to him. I believe this is the correct info.
