   I just learned that in order to transmit citizenship to the newborn a mother must be a US citizen for at least 5 years after her 14th birthday – Stanley Ann Dunham was a few months short of that on king O’s birthday.

   Ella, since the moment that it was brough out. There has been no legal ruling or anything to show that it was ever over ruled. It was the law at the time and it applied at that time. She did not follow it or for that matter the USIS at that time did not enforce it or even today. I think that Orly knows this.

   Sorry but I am a father. But do have a wife that is a mother of two sons.

   As the co-founder of Mothers Against Illegal Amnesty, I can tell you that the position on granting amnesty to anyone is nothing more than to subvert the Rule of Law. People who are here legally, do not need amnesty. People who are here Ilegally don’t deserve it, regardless of the many excuses they have been coached to give, either by La Raza, LULAC, et al….or their immigration lawyer.

   It makes no difference whatsoever where an individual comes from. Amnesty should never be an option. It sends the wrong message and encourages the “wrong” crowd to invade. OH!! Excuse me!! Am I being too blunt?

   Frosty Wooldridge has written about both legal and illegal immigration for years and the adverse affect that it is having on the USA culturally, socially, economically, and the drain on public services and natural resources, i.e., air, water, farm land, forests, etc. The human footprint in the USA, as it stands right now, is depleting the finite resources that we have right now far faster than they will ever be replaced. By adding 3 to 3.5 million legal and illegal aliens to our population base each year….we are agreeing to participate in the destruction of “OUR” environment and the one that we are leaving to our children.

   Look up the word amnesty. As humane as it sounds, it still remains an excuse for politicians who want votes and money….and a way “IN” to the USA by those who have violated our laws. Think of it this way…! Would you ever welcome a trespasser into your home and then, upon his/her insistance, provide for their every need? If you would, come to Arizona and I will gladly introduce you to people who would be more than happy to accept your hospitality.

   If the Rule of Law is not upheld and equally applied to everyone, then there is no law and there is no equality under it.
