Dear Orly,
Why not produce a mock trial of Obama on the internet and invite grand juries around the country to watch it, especially jury leaders. With 3,500 counties there should be some willing to investigate the Son of a Brit.

Because a mock trial is exactly that, a mock trial. Why would a grand jury pay any attention?

Grand juries are not permitted to indict based upon what they’ve seen on the Internet. In fact, they are expressly prohibited from watching TV, reading newspapers, etc. about a case they are considering or will consider.

The results of challenging the Board of Elections and Secretaries of State has got to be time consuming and expensive. After following the efforts and results and knowing that Democrats are entrinched in state as well as local election offices and election processes—this is a known fact. One may have better results in the mid west but no sure bet.
A much better bet would be to file criminal complaints with local law enforcement especially if Sheriff Joe follows thru with his investigation. Evidence is at hand and it simply is a matter of filing the complaint.
If complaints reach court plantifs can join and augment the case against the defendant. This takes it down to the local level where an elected sheriff must pay attention to the local citizens. Just a thought.

Such a “mock” trial did take place in May 2010 in New York, organized by the prominent black Pastor James Davis Manning: Obama Colombia Sedition and Treason Trial. The trial issued an indictment analogous to the indictments worked out by American Grand Juries in the same 2010.

The trial did not attract any attention of the rotten media – despite the fact that it was organized by a prominent black Pastor in Harlem – something the media would usually jump at. Yet if a black happened to be a conservative, he loses his “black trump card” in the media.

This trial, as well as all the presentments made by the American Grand Juries in 2010 had been ignored and sabotage by the nation, already taken by the modern Bolsheviks – just as they did in 1917:

Bob. Pastor Manning’s trial was NOT a Mock trial. The trial was held in accordance with the Constitution. You should go to AtlahWorldMinistries or Atlah.org. Pastor Manning’s website and read up on it. He is a very brave and well respected man. Do not disrespect him, please.

I was born in Harlem, Alex, and I can tell you that James David (not Davis) Manning is not a “prominent pastor”; he’s an ex-convict and a current con man. ATLAH is not a Christian church. He and Orly know each other from the OReilly protests.
More to the point, why bother? A mock trial is done for practice, not purpose.

    RumBoo,

I am following the good Pastor Manning messages for over three years. It is true that he is an ex-convict. The rest of your statements against him and his church sounds like a dirty slander.

    > Pastor Manning’s trial was NOT a Mock trial.

    Of course it was.

    > The trial was held in accordance with the Constitution.

No, it didn’t even have a fair an impartial jury selection process.

Let me give you an example:
The “trial” promised to show evidence Obama allegedly worked for the CIA in Afghanistan as a young man.
On the very last day of the “trial”, the only “evidence” that was presented regarding that particular issue was Manning reading out a paper by an unknown person (allegedly an “ex-CIA person”) stating above claims. And the “jury” found Obama “guilty” of having worked for the CIA based on that “evidence”. A written declaration by someone they did not see, or who could be cross-examined, etc.
Does that remind you of, dunno, Kafka?

If there ever was a sham trial, it was Manning’s.
If we stoop to that level, we’ll open ourselves up to even more ridicule from the MSM.

RO, no matter how serious the intent (which is highly debatable), it was a mock trial.

No slander here. Ever been to ATLAH, Alex? Ever been to Harlem? I’m guessing the answer is no to both. You know jack about Mr Manning, except that you both bear an irrational hatred of the President. No good Christian would ever call Mr Manning a “good pastor” – he’s an evil man driven by hatred and self interest. At least Reverend Ike was honest about was he was doing (although I doubt you know who Reverend Ike was).

    RumBoo,

Indeed, I did not attend Atlah church (living in S.F.). Yet I did follow attentively almost all messages and activities of good Pastor Manning, who aspires to the Truth and only to the Truth – whichever it means. You belong perhaps to those who do not like the Truth he speaks. You hate the truth he speaks.
