DISTRICT COURT ISSUES OPINION IN HASSAN v.        FEC

WASHINGTON – The United States District Court for the District      of Columbia on Friday issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order in      Hassan v.          FEC (Case 1:11-cv-02189-EGS). The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an independent        regulatory agency that administers and enforces federal campaign        finance laws. The FEC has jurisdiction over the financing of        campaigns for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S.        Senate, the        Presidency and the Vice Presidency. Established in 1975, the FEC        is        composed of six Commissioners who are nominated by the President        and        confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Exerpts: “Hassan’s challenge to the Fund Act rests on his      contention       that the natural born citizen requirement has been      implicitly       repealed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. The      Court need       not repeat the thorough and persuasive opinions issued      by its       colleagues in at least five other jurisdictions, all of      whom       determined that the natural born citizen requirement has      not       been implicitly repealed by the Fifth and Fourteenth      Amendments.”

“Moreover, the Supreme Court has consistently held that the      distinction between natural born citizens and naturalized citizens      in      the context of       Presidential eligibility remains valid.”

“Because the natural born citizen requirement has not been      explicitly or implicitly repealed, Hassan’s challenge to that      provision, and the Fund Act’s incorporation thereof, must fail.”

    These people who say this is repealed by the rthand 5th ammendments are liars from hell. Go get ’em girl. These people are dumbing down the public.

    Trying to write that those who say this is repealed by the fourth and fifth ammendments are liars from hell. God get ’em girl. These people are dumbing down the public. This assault on our Constitution is how they are are trying to overthrow this government. They are trying to do away with it like they are the Holy Bible because we based our freedoms upon those that men are unable to give but those that are given by our Creator.

    LOL! Did this guy even read the court documents? How do you think this helps your case any? Why is this district judge any different than any district judge you have gone before? Sure reads the same as every decision handed down in any of your cases. The judge ruled on the law just as every judge has ruled on the law in your cases.

    Hassan was not a Natural Born Citizen. He wasn’t born in this country and was a naturalized citizen just like you (or you claim to be – not one judge has ever seen your naturalization papers).

    President Obama was born in this country. When you have retired Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, one of the conservative justices, saying that President Obama is clearly a Natural Born Citizen (there is a YouTube video where she says this to a young girl asking the question), seems to me that all is lost in everything you have tried to do.

    Dr. Taitz,

    Is there any reason why this is not good law and why you could not go back to the courts which dismissed your cases and ask for reconsideration?

    I wish I knew more about the law to understand what all this means. But I am confident that you will figure it all out.

    I hope you have a DVR for tonight’s debate to gather any evidence you may need in your challenge to Obamacare.

    Your boy is going down in flames. The truth about Libya is boiling over, even in the lefty press – that we knew about the terrorists’s planning something for 911, and yet didn’t give our ambassador increased protection; Fast And Furious is getting defrocked as a complete international fiasco, as reported by the Hispanic media’s Univision (the underlying truth being that oBIMA hoped that American guns, placed in the hands of Mexican druggies by his administration, would cause the repeal of our 2nd Amendment); the economy has been nearly destroyed by a mere teleprompted pretty-boy street organizer from the Chicago inner-city. And etceteras…

    Your defense of the oBIMA… “President Obama was born in this country”… leads the prepared student to question your awareness. It is time to join the majority and begin seeing that the king has no clothes… and never did.
