Penalties for Failure to Register for the Draft

Men who do not register could be prosecuted and, if convicted, fined up to $250,000 and/or serve up to five years in prison. In addition, men who fail to register with Selective Service before turning age 26, even if not prosecuted, will become ineligible for:

Student Financial Aid – including Pell Grants, College Work Study, Guaranteed Student/Plus Loans, and National Direct Student Loans.
U.S. Citizenship – if the man first arrived in the U.S. before his 26th birthday.
Federal Job Training – The Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) offers programs that can train young men for jobs in auto mechanics and other skills. This program is only open to those men who register with Selective Service.
Federal Jobs – men born after December 31, 1959 must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the Executive Branch of the Federal government an

    Is there documentation that there is no draft registration for obama and that he did NOT register for the draft??

    What is it that you do not understand about the
    Obama’s faked Selective Service Registration, RJ ? The last 2 numbers, 08 taken ( physically cut out ) from a 2008 post office stamp were turned around by a forger to make it appear like 80.
    Also, the post office uses a 4 digit date stamp not 2 digit dates to stamp documents.. So, the forger either fail to notice the difference or he/she hoped that investigators would overlook this evidence. Well, any time one fakes a federal doctument, it is a serious crime for most people except , maybe … BHOII, THE USURPER. This document was forged and it is not even a good forgery.

    There is a fraudulent draft registration form for Obama so he DID NOT register for the draft
    when he was required to do so.

    Now…..if he was NOT a citizen then legally he would not have to register at all….hmmmmmm

    However…fraud is still fraud and he is guilty of that with out a doubt!!

    RJ, his S/S registration was examined a few years ago and determined to be fraudulent, Arpaio’s crew just re-examined it and came to the same conclusion. We have no idea who the guy in the Oval Office is, we do know that he is a felon and deserves to be in jail though.

    Did everyone notice how the media tried their best to get Joe to say Obama had committed the forgery…we know he probably didn’t do it …he just overseen the acts…thus making him guilty as the person/persons that did the forgery.

    I wonder is there is any statute of limitations for failing to register for the draft?

    Even so,

    Obama would still be guilty of presenting a forgery to the public.

    Setting aside the fact that there is no proof that President Obama failed to register for the draft (and those illegally accessing the system who now find that they can no longer get confirmation — what a surprise), the Constitution does not require that the President register.

    Another blind alley of irrelevance.

    Breathtaker, you obviously didn’t notice that Federal Law required BH to register for the Draft because he was born after 1959.

    Since you apparently believe Obama’s Selective Service Registration card is legitimate and proof that he registered for the draft, searching the Selective Service’s data-base using Obama’s Selective Service Number returns a form showing Obama’s Social Security Number — a number assigned to Connecticutt despite there being no proof that Obama ever even visited, much less lived/worked in Connecticutt.

    If/when you ever graduate from Kindergarten…
