Tomorrow 8 am PST I will be doing an interview with an award winning Russian reporter Leonid Komarovski. Russian language speaking visitors of this web site can hear this interview on 470 AM in New York and 620 AM in Boston, as well as on Internet davidsonradio.com and radiolenya.com. You can call the program at 718-303-9090, however according to Mr. Komarovski, thousands of people typically call his program and it is hard to get through.

    To “file a legal action for damages” is a possible route, of
    course, but it leads you out of the straight way.

    The straight legitimate complain, as I see it, is that:
    a) – Major Cook still wants to serve in Afghanistan under
    legitimate command,
    b) – Major Cook has been employed by the Military to serve in
    Afghanistan
    c) – Major Cook has been illegitimately fired by the Military
    from his service in Afghanistan for his legitimate concern.

    So, the question is: where is located the Military party,
    which has illegitimately fired him – it’s location is the
    place, where a new case is to be filed.

    Please consult with your colleagues regarding this approach.

    Press Release- Update on Major Cook’s case

    I was asked to provide an update and explanation in regards to Major Cook’s case. At the hearing the main point that the Judge brought forward, was the fact that since the military caved in and revoked Major Cook’s orders to go to Afghanistan, he will not be deployed from Fort Benning, GA, and Judge Land in GA no longer has jurisdiction over the case. He recommended that I refile in the Federal Court in the Middle district of Florida, where Major Cook resides and where his employer, Simtech, inc is located. The judge recommended that I file a legal action for damages, as the military has applied enormous pressure on the owner of Simtech, Larry Grise , to fire Major Cook in retaliation for him asking a question about the legitimacy of Obama for position of the Commander in Chief.

    I am currently redoing the pleadings and I will refile in Florida.
