    Viruses don’t come from links that are posted or links in emails. They come from attached files in an email that are small programs meant to cause damage. Never open an email attachment from an unknown sender but delete it or save it to the harddrive and check with a virus scanner.

    Require that senders not send attachments but put the message inside the email. A virus program is similar to downloading a new version of a browser. To make it work you have to run it. Same with a virus program. You can download it without damage. It is in running it the virus infects the computer.
