   The preeminent wordage in J. Black’s email is “…even though Georgia law, like yours, requires the candidates to prove eligibility…”

   That neither Obama or his representative were present at either the Georgia or Indiana hearings, and therefore did not proffer anything whatsoever to prove Obama’s eligibility, effectively required a default judgement against Obama. Adding insult to injury, neither Obama or his representative(s) were held in contempt for failure to appear.

   We do indeed now live in land of men rather than laws.

    I think you speak for all of us and I feel your pain but we have to hang in there and be in this thing for the long haul.
    All these communists (yes they are communists) who hate our constitution and urinate on our values and history are everywhere, in every office of every institution- but only until very recently true Americans are acknowledging this very real and dire problem and in my opinion our numbers dwarf theirs but it means nothing if we don’t get together and mobilize behind the efforts of those, mainly Orly Taitz.

    Orly, can you give me and Kelley and the rest of us a glimmer of real hope beyond your usual blogs of tireless itinerary?

    I am thinking that there is/has been a powerful unknown force active in all of these court actions cutting off full disclosure. All this subterfuge and decisions goes beyond Obama as a person. Granted Obama is a fast talking carnival barker with a background of societal manipulation, he doesn’t/can’t on his own own all the judges and legislators who seem to be oblivious to thousands if not millions of citizen concerns. The key to this Pandora’s box of political charades has to be found.

    It’s time to stop looking back except to take a lesson from it. If we are to defend ourselves against this Unlawful Administration we have to go on a strong Offense. Here is what I suggest. SUE, SUE, SUE. And attack their position as vulnerable Possibly Tenuous. Below is a plan that I believe will work.
    To all who are trying to find out the truth about Obama and are being thwarted by the establishment I have a suggestion. “NONFEASENCE” if a dozen people in each go after the SOS and the AG it will draw attention. If 4 or 500 go after the SCOTUS based on Justice Thomas’s admission, and every one that has been involved in an act of “Nonfeasance” in past decisions we might put a stop to it. If they have to answer to a “Small Claims Action” in every County in their state during election Whoa Nellie!
    SMALL CLAIMS COURT!
    The Secretary of State in each state has taken an oath to perform the duties of their Office. One of which is to ascertain that all Candidates who want to have their name on the Ballot for elected office meet “The Constitutional and Statuary Requirements” of the office for which they are applying.
    Request a copy of all of Certificates of Nomination and the proof that the Candidate meets the “Statutory and Constitutional “requirements. To the best of my knowledge the DNC is filing a Nomination paper that does not say Obama meets the Requirements for the Office.
    If they cannot provide proof that he/she verified themselves, or thru their employees that a Candidate has been thoroughly investigated, and someone has sworn under penalty of Perjury that “The Candidate meets the Constitutional requirements for the office” and they have provided you proof of the same.
    Now comes the good part:
    If they cannot prove that all of the above has been complied with they are guilty of “Nonfeasance”. In this instance it can be construed to be a “Breach of Contract” for a duty for which you have been paying and they have “Deliberately or Negligently Obviated” and you want the monies paid to be returned to you and any others who believe they have been “Harmed”.
    The court cannot refuse to here you out, and must act on the evidence provided by both sides. Go for the Maximum allowed, take a default and put it in the Papers.
    I am certain that if these types of “CLAIMS” are filed in every county in every state against every SOS, and against every JUDGE who has not acted in accordance with applicable laws are sued as an individual, it will get some press.
    I intend to include Justice Thomas (for avoiding it, Cohens v. Virginia), add to that he may be Racially Prejudiced; he could be a Black for Obama. (they are calling us racists).
    In a polite exchange between Justice Thomas and subcommittee chairman Serrano, the eligibility issue comes up with an apparent admission that the court is avoiding it. Things may not be as they seem though. Much could be read into this.
    Mr Serrano asked: Why is the Supreme Court avoiding the fact that they have never defined what is a “Natural Born Citizen”?

    Justice Thomas Answered; Quote:
    Thomas,” we’re evading that one.”

    Nonfeasance is a term used in Tort Law to describe inaction that allows or results in harm to a person or to property. An act of nonfeasance can result in liability if :
    (1) the actor owed a duty of care toward the injured person,
    (2) the actor failed to act on that duty, and
    (3) the failure to act resulted in injury.
    Chief Justice Marshall wrote in: Cohens v. Virginia, 19 U.S. 6 Wheat. 264 264 (1821)
    “It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not; but it is equally true that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the Constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it if it be brought before us. We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the Constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid, but we cannot avoid them. All we can do is to exercise our best judgment and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this on the present occasion, we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the Constitution and laws of the United States. We find no exception to this grant, and we cannot insert one.”
    (PS: Judges don’t like to be accused of “treason” but it isn’t us, but rather SCOTUS who levels the charge.)

    My boyfriend just commented when I was reading aloud your supporter’s comments,” Obama obviously has a subversive underground “civilian military” which he put in place upon taking office.” My boyfriend reminded me also of Air Force One flying low across lower Manhattan scaring the crap out of people, I’m sure the aircraft was full of “civilian military” folks, scouring from the air a place to build their mosque or giving them a “bird’s eye view of the damage they caused. I think when he took the oath upon inauguration, he flubbed it on purpose because he stated his false name and then went alone behind closed doors to take it in the privacy of just Justice John Roberts alone stating his real name of Barry Soetero. I think at that time he confessed everything to Roberts and then Roberts had him and all the other justices meet with him shortly thereafter. (See the PP Simmons video on this private Supreme Ct meeting with all Justices in attendance except Alito and the press missing).Realizing the massive boondoggle they had on their hands, the cover-up began there and was passed down to all the lower court judges. This is my theory as to how all the judges are going along with this charade. This seems the only plausible explanation and also why every single member of the US senate ignoring and lying to their constituents. We need to get rid of every single one of them! I know I will never vote for Oklahoma Senator, Inhoffe, again and have told hundreds of people how he has lied to me by saying “Obama is eligible because he was born in Hawaii. Yeah right, a terrorist could have a child born in Hawaii and by God he would be eligible to be in charge of our armed forces. GIVE ME BREAK. I AM NOT STUPID!

    (I read somewhere about missing weapons grade uranium,plutonium).

    that leads me to wonder if congress is trying to protect us from something sinister beyond comprehension of most, since they avoid the issue…
    If being the case we need to tell them to stop protecting us and start defending us..

    You are my hero Orly Taiz, you will go down in the history books as the most brave dedicated seeker of truth and lover of the United States Of America. Millions of us are out here, cheering you and Larry Clayman and and all those the seek a better government one that adhere to our foundation, not one that is so corrupt that they want to kill American citizens because they are trying to hide from their immorality , decay and crime. Those that protect this treasonous traitor know what they are doing is something that their grandchildren will hide from. They will walk in shame because of their crimes. My hope is they are all impeached after Obama is arrested, congress, senate and these judges that so easily dismiss a clear and present dangerous man that has highjacked the White House and with each passing day he is doing exactly what he wants to do and that is causing irrefutable damage. Shame on them, shame shame… As we sit in fear of what is next for us as Obama is causing crimes against humanity in Libya, Kenya, Egypt and soon to be Syria, where Christians are being persecuting because of him .
