Do you realize what you are engaging in, by NOT challenging the candidate that is currently serving as OUR president.
His father was NEVER and American citizen. This is an UNDISPUTABLE FACT. This ALONE disqualifies him from serving in the government position
that his is currently holding.
You are ALL engaging in multiple charges of VOTER FRAUD, and other Fraudulent actions in your part, for not accepting the challenge by Orly Taitz.
Just as in Germany, after the war, you will NOT be able to hide behind the words- I WAS ONLY DOING WHAT I WAS TOLD.
This is REALLY simple – Obama needs to produce documents that shows that he is eligible to serve in the capacity as president.
The ONUS is NOT on the challenger. They only have to present the challenge, which they have done.
The next step is CRYSTAL CLEAR – Obama is required by the laws of your own state, to PROVE that he is eligible PERIOD.
If you leave this AS IT STANDS, you ALL need to step down from your positions, and participate NO further in the politics of INDIANA!!!!!!!
You are making yourselves the enemy of the citizens of Indiana, by IGNORING the procedures you are required by law to uphold.
The only conclusion that can be acknowledged if you ALL let this stand is that you are ALL CRIMINALS.

I just found this, written by Mary Beth Schneider (317-444-2772) with the Indianapolis Star:
Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum’s hopes to be on Indiana’s primary election ballot will be debated Feb. 24 by the Indiana Election Commission.
Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator who is now a leading Republican candidate for the White House, filed last week to be on Indiana’s ballot. But several Hoosiers have challenged his ballot placement, arguing that he did not collect enough petition signatures to be in the May 8 primary.
Republican and Democratic candidates must collect the signatures of 500 registered votes in each of Indiana’s nine congressional districts. The signatures must be certified by county voter registration offices. Although Santorum’s campaign said it filed about 1,000 in the 7th District, which is entirely in Marion County, county officials said he fell eight signatures short.
The Election Commission, which consists of two Democrats and two Republicans, will hear those challenges at 9 a.m. Feb. 24 in the Statehouse and determine whether at least eight of the petition signatures for Santorum in the 7th District were erroneously rejected.
Hogan Gidley, a campaign spokesman for Santorum, said the campaign is “very confident that we are going to be on the ballot in Indiana. We are confident we’ve provided enough signatures. We’re confident that the system will play out and we’ll be on the ballot. It’s a fact.”
Santorum began as a long shot for the GOP nomination, but recent polls have him leading the man most expected to be the nominee, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
Romney’s campaign co-chairman in Indiana, Dan Dumezich, is chairman of the Election Commission. He said he has no plans to recuse himself from the case, and he and other commission members noted that all the members are politically connected.

Carl, we ought to raise a little Cash and offer it to Aunt Zetuni and take her over to Indiana to run for Governor. When somebody challenges her illegal alien status, the clown that lit into Dr. Taitz will stand up pointing his finger at em and say ” what does Mrs Zetuni being an illegal alien have anything to do with her being eligible to become the next Governor of Indiana??? One more disrespectful outburst from you and your outta here!” LOL!! This shows you just how insane this whole thing really is.

The people of the United States have tried and tried in many states for Four Years to get the proof obama is eligible to even be in the White House. Due process and The American Way of justice has failed due to all the corruption in government. The only way to make these politicians do as they are supposed to do is by rioting in the streets. Nothing short of actual action will get these corrupt politicals out of office.

Patriot…most if not all took the oath of office (like policemen do)to uphold the constitution and the laws of the land…to take an oath and not uphold it is a felony,and can be tried in a court of law (if we have one remaining)

I am afraid that we are way past the point to where riots in the street will have any effect on the mob that is now in charge of government,that would have worked years ago.If you show up and have what is called a peaceful demostration you may as well have stayed at home and hide.It will now take more than that,much more.The real question is,does the people have enough spine to do the only thing that will restore their liberty and freedom.I do not think so.Hope i am wrong.

The corruption in the higher levels of our state govt’s and federal gov’t is astonishing. These people are nothing less than traitors to the Constitution. The fact is, they do not fear the citizens of this nation any longer, 200 years ago these people would have been dragged into the streets and tarred/feathered if not hung. Problem is the FBI won’t even do their jobs, we have no representation in Congress left either. I’m absolutely convinced that we are under God’s judgement, nothing can seem to shake the evil that is in place in the upper echelons of this nation’s gov’t.

Dear Orly,
The next time neither Obama or his appointed representative appears at the opening of a ballot eligibility hearing/trial there would be no need for you to present any evidence/witness against Obama. Simply quote/offer into evidence a copy of the State law which says that the onus is on the candidate to prove their eligibility, cordially direct the commission’s/court’s attention to the absence of Obama/his representative, and request a default judgement against Obama per State law.

If your response was directed toward my statement,that is fine.I know people have been buying guns and ammo.Because a person has a gun does not mean they will use them.It is one thing to own a gun but it is quiet something else to use it.Can you imagine that you have another person in your sights and know that it is you or them.No time for a sit down and decide if i can do it or not.That is why i said that i doubt we the people have the spine to do what has to be done.I still hope i am wrong.

I can’t seem to find a copy of the Admistrative Hearing Rules for Indiana.
I am trying to find out what the rules of evidence actually are for the Ballot Commission, as I do not believe that they have the authority to exclude “hearsay” evidence.
The reason for this is that most Administrative Judges do have the authority to consider or allow “hearsay” evidence.
This is due to the fact that Administrative hearings tend to less formal or more flexible than court-room proceedings.
I suspect that the Ballot Commision was mistaken or that they being purposefully misleading when they claimed that your evidence was inadmissable due to a lack of foundation.

I repeat. This matter of Obama is something way beyond Obama as an individual. There is some force/influence scaring off judges and elected/appointed officials. Find out the existence of this force and the USA citizens will will come to the rescue of the USA and demand penalties no less than given the Rosenbergs after WWII.

You are sugar coating Obama. There are no legal documents supporting the claim that Obama,Sr, is the father of Obama nor that Stanley Ann Dunham is the mother of Obama.
All of the birth certificates have been shown forged or made up. The Soetoro Dunham divorce papers were debunked by Polarik for bad signatures as compared to Dunham high school signatures. Same goes for the Obama Dunham divorce papers.Incidentally both divorce papers and the Kenya birth certificate were made on the same Royal typewriter that lacks a No. 1 key so that a small L key has to be used.
The Dunham passport records have both bad signatures and bad photos. All of the Obama Soetoro, Dunham family photos are of stand in’s, many wearing sunglasses. Alleged sister Maya Soetoro round face and full figure is an impossible connection. She has not shown any photos with Obama, Dunham, and her.
You are placing the Obama cart before the horse. You have to have the fact of his parentage based on legitimate legal documents not heresay.
