   Orly why don’t you use your power and fame to organize a giant boycott on Msnbc and CNN’s advertisers? You’ll accomplish more that way than with the courts really. Maybe you can do both. List their advertisers and start a boycott of the advertisers with a page on Facebook. The advertisers really listen.

   Please use your power to organize this boycott. You have a good size mailing list. We need to learn the media know that they can not disrespect us any longer and that they will exist until we want them to exist! When advertisers pull out, then suddenly these scumbag will start covering the eligibility issues.

No birther action has ever been successful; no birther actions WILL ever be successful, because the simple facts and common sense stand against everything the birthers represent.

    the SS number was assigned to a man
    BORN in 1890 in CT. SS was not
    established, as you pointed out,
    till years later.

    It really is important to refine one’s
    reading skills no matter how old
    we are. It is a habit, for many of us,
    including me, to skim through an article
    or a post, and then recall it incorrectly.

    As for john: oh, ye of little faith.

    How can someone NOT assimilate all of
    the evidence that has been presented,
    and yes, by experts, even though the
    GA ‘judge’ (and I use that label
    for him with great reluctance), how can
    you not see the facts, and they ARE
    facts, when so many educated and
    insightful citizens, including generals,
    lawyers, doctors, teachers, journalists,
    (you get the picture), have honed in on
    this debacle that has overtaken the
    political arena. How is it possible
    to read the research and yet deny it
    exists in reality?

    Either you are a person from another
    country, where freedom is a fantasy
    and you don’t grasp what it means
    to be able to still publicize TRUTH,

    or you are not able to comprehend
    information and have a learning disability.

    If the latter is the case, please refrain
    from entering your denials of what is
    so evident that even a 4th grader would
    grasp its significance.

    Perhaps you could hire a tutor to explain
    in simple language all of the information
    that has been accrued over the last 3
    years. It is important that you not
    portray yourself in this uneducated light,
    for your own self-esteem.

    I am telling you this for your own benefit.

    If you are a marxist/communist/muslim,
    that is a different matter.
    There is a reason for your display of
    ignorance and I think you can be
    forgiven for that; it is your heritage.

    Now, think on these things.

    The point is to have the public stop supporting those advertisers and letting them know why. It doesn’t matter if your supporters watch Msnbc or CNN. We want the eligibility issue to be covered by those news networks and this is one way to achieve that. When people start supporting advertisers, they will pull out of Msnbc and CNN. It will work the same with Foxnews but will work better if we target one or the other. We need to do this and we need a leader.

    Also, you’ll be surprised how many of your supporters watch Msnbc and CNN. Doesn’t mean they believe all their crap.

    Orly-there is a recent Nov 14, 2011 Congressional Research Service report-again for the third time re-mastered by Atty Jack Maskill-you should look into it to prepare a rebuttal-I would think that the opposition will again attempt to raise these defenses to the NBC argument in any of your cases-either in brief or orally.

    justice system (as it was meant to
    be) has been eroded by traitors in our society/government.

    In addition, as I have been
    reading, groups such as the Rothchild’s
    and the Illuminati, for decades have
    been tearing down America, behind the
    scenes.

    Now they have installed Obama with his supporters,who are either brain-washed, infiltrated communists, muslims, nazis, or just rebels from birth.

    Some people are inherently
    rebellious against the sanctity of
    justice and do not have any gratitude
    for the documents which protect our freedoms.

    These documents, the Constitution,
    Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence,
    keep the wheels of our beloved nation
    well-oiled and turning in the right direction.

    Those people who vilify Dr. Taitz (and all of
    the citizens who are supporting her efforts),
    may one day regret the loss of our
    freedoms, if we do not oust
    the dictator in the White House.

    WHY did Nancy Pelosi AND the DNC blatently Lie to the Voters of America by submitting a False Certification of Nomination for Barry/Barrack Obama/Soetoro?
    I have NOT recieved an answer from My Represenatives in the State or Federal Govt.
    And I have kept ALL replys/mail from everyone.

    No sir, not true. I’m not a liberal at all. Didn’t vote for Obama the first time, may not again, although the alternatives being offered are not my cup of tea, so I might… never know.

    I disagree with some of Obama’s policies and politics just as I have every other president during my adult lifetime. I’ve never posted here about politics.

    I’ve addressed only the eligibility issue. He is eligible, regardless of what’s stated otherwise. It’s really that simple.

    I believe in upholding the Constitution and the law, not shredding it of wanting it severed for my convenience based on made-up BS and pseudo law.

    During the 2008 election cycle there were at least two people in the Democratic Party who refused to advance the party even at the voters’ cost — 2008 Democratic Party of Hawaii (“DPH”) Chairman Brian Schatz and acting Secretary Lynn Matusow who signed, had attested by notarization, and submitted to the Chief Elections Officier of Hawaii (per Hawaii law) the DPH’s 2008 Official Certification of Nomination (OCON) for Barack Obama and Joe Biden lacking the eligibility certifying wordage “…under provisions of the United States Constitution.” as required by Hawaii law.

    Therefore, the questions I have are: a) Why did Brian Schatz and Lynn Matusow effectively certify that Obama and Biden were NOT eligible per the US Constitution, and; b) Why did the 2008 Chief Elections Officer of Hawaii Kevin B. Cronin deem Obama and Biden eligible despite “a)”?

    Ok..come on. There are things we know and things we don’t. In most of the last two years conservatives including tea party members have been in congress and frankly I think THEY would have done something if this was true.

    Second..and more important..it most definitely would have been found prior to his actually been sworn in!

    Third and most important, is that this kind of cap will cost us conservatives the election because many will fear that these points are dangerous and believed by more than the minority of GOP supporters that do believe it now.

    I feel odd just responding to this but it is getting out of hand. You are actually discrediting many good members of our government along with the bad. When you indicate that out of 535 members in congress that we could not elect amy smart enough to prove something so simple to prove you insult most of us.
    You truly need to think about the destructive nature of this garbage just before elections. I personally don’t want to trade a president I want gone for one that is looney tunes either.

    So…..don’t go to the media but rather take it where it belongs and see where it gets you…right up the steps of the capital building!
