Dear Dr. Taitz: Thank you for your message. I have not seen the certified letter that you refer to, but perhaps it was addressed to the Secretary of State’s office (rather than to the Election Division) and has not been forwarded to this office yet. Since I understand your letter to be a request to not certify the name of Barack Obama as a candidate on Indiana’s Democratic Party primary ballot, I am responding accordingly. Indiana law requires that any challenges to a request for presidential primary ballot placement must be executed on the attached CAN-1 sworn affidavit. Indiana Code 3-8-1-2.  If the candidate challenge is not submitted on the approved CAN-1 form, state law also requires that the filing be rejected. Indiana Code 3-5-4-8. Indiana law also prohibits filings of election forms (such as challenges to candidates) by use of fax or electronic mail. Indiana Code 3-5-4-1.7. As a result, if you do wish to file this challenge, the Election Division must receive and file-stamp a completed CAN-1 form (attached) no later than noon this Friday, February 17. The Election Division’s address is 302 W Washington Street, Room E-204Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please note that merely postmarking is not sufficient – any document must be received in the office of the Election Division and file stamped by that date and time. If you have questions, please advise.  Brad KingCo-DirectorIndiana Election Division(317) 232-3939(800) 622-4941bking@iec.in.gov If a person is unclear concerning election law provisions, the Election Division can be used as an interpretive resource. However, where your legal rights are concerned, you must consult with your own attorney to be fully and properly advised.  From: Orly Taitz [mailto:orly.taitz@gmail.com]

Subject: Urgent regarding election fraud complaint Dear sir/mdm,- Show quoted text –
I filed an elections challenge and sent it certified mail. I got verification from the US post office, that the certified mail letter was received.  I, also, submitted my elections challenge directly to the Secretary of State Bonnet and immediate past secretary White via e-mail. E-mails were sent twice and received. I never got a response. I request a written response as soon as possible. If no written response is provided, I will be forwarding a criminal complaint to the county, state and federal grand juries, Marion county DA, AG of IN and will be filing a legal action in Marion county circuit court.  Sincerely,

    Ms Taitz,Esq
I sent an e-mail to Senato Jeff Sessions of Alabama.I question Obama eligibility to serve as President of the US.Below is his responce.

    January 18 2012
    Dear Mr Davis
Thank you foryour recent e-mailconcerning President Obama’s eligibilityto hold the office of president
As you are aware, many storieshave circulated that call his citizenship into question.Additionally, various law suitshave been filed alleging that the president is not a natural born citizen of the United States, and is therefore constitutionally ineligible for office of president. However,inJune 2008,President Obama released a digitally scanned image of his certification of live birth, and Hawaii’s directorof the State Department,Chiyome, verifiedit’s authenticity.Futhermore,on April27,2011,President Obama released a copy of his long form birth certificate, which includes the signatureof President Obama’s mother, the hospital attendant, and the local registrar affirming the authenticity of the released certificate
While many to expressconcern,I believe that President has metall of the qualifications to hold the office of president as set outby the constitution, and therefore is eligible to be president.Inthe 1898 United States Supreme Courtcase UNITED STATES V.WONG KIM ARK,the court held that an individual born on Americam is a natural born citizenas required by the constitution to be elected president.PresidentObama’s birth in Hawaii satisfiest that requirement
I firmly believe that the presidency should be held in high regard and the president treated with respect,no matter whowho occupies the position.Rather than engage in personality politics,Americansshould expect Congress and the president to work together to find substantive solutions to the pressing issues facing our nation.

It is difficult for me to believe that this all the evidence he has, maybe it is ,because he never looked for more,i guess. He was once a fereral prosecutor And has been senator forever.I guess they all have so many skeletons in their closet the are not about to stir up a hornets nest.

    TO JEFF SESSIONS OF ALABAMA,

Jeff are dumb, blind, or just plain dishonest?

Every print analysis expert that I know of have gone on record either orally, in writing, or testifying under oath in court that the BC which Obama had posted on the Internet and displayed on TV, on April 27, 2011, is nothing but a very cheap, poor forgery that was made-up from many different documents.

If anybody reading this has anyway of getting in touch with Jeff Sessions, please have him read this. Tell Jeff the next time his write a letter like he did, at least mention the names of a few print analysis experts that will back up what he says. I failed to see any print analysis expert listed, on his above letter. Is Jeff Sessions a print analysis expect. If he is he failed to say so.

Oh by the way Jeff, don’t feel bad all the errors you made. I’m a very poor speller and typist myself.

    To James A. Davis Sr,

Welcome to the bad spelling club.

Jeff Sessions, mistakes are a lot worst than any spelling mistakes that you or I have ever made.

Keep the good work up, I like the side that you appear to be on.
