I am now changing planes and am flying to Indiana. MS case was not dismissed. Summons to Obama, Pelosi, “Obama for America”, Astrue and others were issued by the federal court. Judge Wingate stated that he watched the video that I submitted into evidence of Arpaio’s press conference and witness testimony in GA. Judge did not issue a judicial notice as Dem party sought.
I was able to catch Dem party attorney Scott J. Tepper lying in court and demanded sanctions. He claimed that he never sought a judicial notice of Obama’s birth certificate. After he gave a 10 minute tirade, I read his own pleadings where he asked for judicial notice.
At this point I was able yo elevate Arpaio’s affidavit to the same level as Onaka’s statement. Judge stated that he wants my pleadings and service of the remaining parties within 3 weeks, rebuttal from the defendants in a week and he will hold another hearing then,
I have to catch the next plane

From what I read on the Fogbow, it sounds like you’ll be walking kinda funny to catch that plane after the Judge ripped you a new asshole in Mississippi.
Good luck as you head off to another asshole ripping that will be worse than the one that you just got.
Remember that if you keep on doing the same things that you have been doing that you should expect the same results that you have been getting!

Also, make sure the co-plaintifs each fill out this questionaire as well! You can not be seen as representing them in any way unless the court grants you pro hac vice and if they do not get their questionaired filled out and sent in, this action will be doomed!

you need to listen better. You get a fixed idea and then shut off. He never asked for Judicial Notice of the BC. Just the verification of THE DATA by the HI DOH. You seem unwilling to hear what people are saying — judges, other lawyers. Well, the transcript will show it and if you keep calling him a liar, you will find yourself on the losing end of a slander suit. You always lose, but this one could cost you dearly. And it won’t take a “corrupt” judge. It’s a clear case of slander.
