      This appears to be a shell company set up by 3 muslims. It is strikingly odd that they would have an office in Maricopa County and suddenly “Maricopa County Sheriff” is making headlines.

      I went online to the Scottsdale AZ Appraisal Disctrict and found no mention of Amir LLC or anything Mahili. I could see all businesses on Chaparral though.

      The other address above, 4301 Miller only has one entry. It’s a townhome residence ownd by a Bill and Diana Doss.

      Max Seyed Malihi 50 years old owns the following incorporated entities, Pars Group Accounting Scottsdale, AZ, MJ12 Restoration San Jose, CA, Resto Rx Tempe, AZ, Arizona Restoration Systems, website Rx7club.com. His partners in the above companies Djahandideh and Tahiri also own Apadana Painters, Wholesale Nutrition Centers, Myoscience Systems, Hpc Painting, B2b contractors. This number is listed as the contact number for 5 of the above businesses 954-755-5667. Almost none of the above businesses were incorporated in the same state as the purported addresses of the corp. officers. Links on request. This is all public info readily available on the internet.
